Just got back from my medical. My BP was elevated (150/90) and the doc said that it should ideally be 140, but that it wasn't likely to be a big deal, and could even be because of nerves (I was nervous indeed).
Will CIC insist I see a cardiologist for this? Part of me thinks no, since spousal applicants are exempt from the "excessive demand" part. I saw a post on here (admittedly in one of the other PR forums on here) where some guy had to go to a cardiologist which ended up costing over 4k!
I do not have that kind of money - this PR application is already bleeding me dry.
Also, I had a serum creatinine test ordered, so now I'm worried of what they found on the dipstick urine test. The people at the bloodwork lab did say that my doc has a habit of ordering these tests very often.
