Hi Sis. temporarily pala naka deactivate ung FB ko, if ever, PM mo na lang ako dito. Sis, Six years and above lang ang kailangan ng study permit. Below that age, TRV na. Di na kailangan ng letter of approval sa school sa canada pag mag aaral ang anak, as long as ung hubby mo Skilled Worker (Under NOC O,A,B) or International Student (Full Time).

Sis sa case mo, may nabasa kasi ako eh. Sabi sa website na pwede mag apply ng SOWP ang spouse ng International Student
if:
you are a full-time student at:
*a public post-secondary institution, such as a college or university or collège d'enseignement général et professionnel (CEGEP) in Quebec
*a
private post-secondary institution that operates under the same rules and regulations as a public institution,
and receives at least 50 percent of its financing for its overall operations from government grants (
currently, only private college-level educational institutions in Quebec qualify) or
*a Canadian private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees
*you have a valid study permit
Kasi diba ung school ni hubby mo private sya, though pwede din naman private, pero ung school ni hubby mo kasi for-profit sya ( http://www.cicic.ca/687/Vancouver_Institute_of_Professional_Management__VIPM_.canada?id_postsec=3009 ). Sa pagkakaintin ko sa sinabi na "receives at least 50% of its financing for its overall operations from government grants", ito ung mga private institution na non-profitable. And sabi pa under "Private Institution" ang qualify (currently) lang ung sa Quebec.
I maybe wrong, hintay na lang natin ung reply ng iba na may same case sa atin.
