Hello!

I am new to this thread. I just received my ITA. I was wondering if anyone of you submitted additional documents aside from the mandatory reference letter for proof of work experience? If yes, what documents are those?

Also, would CIC request for additional documents from me if I only submitted the reference letter? Thank you.

Submit pay stubs for 6 months at your current job, or a ROE (Record of Employment) from previous jobs. T4 forms can help too. None of this is required, but the more you can provide the better position you'll be in :)

Hello po! Regarding sa results ng ECA from WES, ung sakin kasi is: Secondary school diploma and diploma (2 years). Tanong lang, ano po ung katumbas nun sa lepvel of education ni Canada among sa available na options nila? Considered as "Two-year program at a university" or "Secondary diploma (hs graduate)"?

I am a college graduate with bachelor's degree. Medyo nabother lang kasi ako sa result ng ECA ko na yan last October 2017. Thanks po!

Question po regarding family sponsorship:

I'm a PR trying to sponsor my brother but my brother has a wife and a son. In the sponsorship application, should I include my sister in law and nephew even if they are not coming with my brother?

Thanks!

Can you sponsor a sibling?

Yes po, under sa sponsor your relatives?

Yes, I know, but I am asking if you can sponsor your sibling under the circumstances as stated in the CIC website?

Who you can sponsor
Depending on your circumstances, there are two options for who you can sponsor.

Option 1: orphaned close relatives
You can sponsor close relatives only if they meet all conditions. This means they must be:
  • orphaned
  • under 18
  • without a:
    • spouse
    • conjugal partner
    • common-law partner
  • related to you by blood or adoption, such as:
    • brothers or sisters
    • nephews or nieces
    • grandchildren

You said that your brother has a wife and child, so you cannot sponsor him under the above condition.

Question lang po, we have done our soft landing few months ago. Bumalik muna kami sa singapore to settle some stuffs sa work and school ng kids. Before permanently moving to canada, we plan to stay in Pinas for a few weeks to gather some documents, so ang flight po namin to canada will be from manila. Irerequire pa ba kami ng PDOS kung may PR cards na kami?

Hello po ulit sa inyo! Regarding sa "Immigration history and citizenships" na part upon creation ng EE profile. Does this include ung previous profile created for a visitor visa? I was granted a temporary residence visa last December 2016 (valid until August 2018) though I only stayed there for a month lang. And I am now creating a new EE profile for the application hopefully for a permanent visa. Should I include my UCI (Unique Client Identifier) issued to me before?

Or applicable lang po ung part na ito if you have previously submitted an EE profile before? TIA!
