Hello po.
Guys urgent advise needed.
Inland application:

Meron po ba sa group na nag add ng spouse sa ongoing PR application or after receiving PPR and COPR? I'm getting married to my partner on early December and I'm not sure if meron na decision ang application ko by that time.
Complicated po ba ang process or mas safer ang Spousal sponsorship? Kaso it'll take 3-4 months to get AOR and mag expire ang OWP ng partner ko on April 2017.

TIA po sa sasagot.

Hi! Mahirap talaga maghanap ng trabaho ang outland. You can check out provinces for their nomination eligibility. Karamihan dito, mga provincial nominees. Pag nanominate ka ng province, may additional 600 points sa CRS mo, and will guarantee na makareceive ka ng ITA from CIC. Good luck!

Hello and good day. I just received my GCMS po and I am kind of worried sa part na ito:

ASSESSMENT ATTRIBUTES

EDUCATION
Client Highest Level of Education: 2yr post-sec credential
Spouse Highest Level of Education: Secon/HS credential incomplete

I did not apply ECA for my wife. Then I checked my submitted e-APR, di nga nakaindicate yung HS educ ng wife ko. But I remember I did input it before. Is there anyone who can give me some advice about this? I'm worried na ma-reject just because of this. Thank you.

It's far easier and faster to add your wife to your PR application.... You can add her at any point in your PR application *before you make your landing*, even after a COPR is issued (they will issue new COPRs and visas).
Spousal sponsorship is more complicated and longer, takes 20+ months.
Add your spouse as soon as you get married, search the forums here for the forms and documents to send.

Hi guys!

Just got my WES results and it's Bachelors (4 years) equivalent :) I'll get word from IELTS about the result on Friday! :)

Quick question, if my wife is exempted from LMIA (she's under open work permit as spouse of full time international student) and currently has a contract for full time skilled professional job, can we claim points for this? I know the question sounds silly pero nagbabakasakali lang na maliwanagan :)

I am refering to this item of the CSR:
8) Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment?

No LMIA = no 600 points for job offer for federal applications.

Here it is explained on the CIC website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

If you want to claim 600 points for a job offer without an LMIA: check your province's PNP. Then your wife will get 600 points from the provincial nomination.

hello everyone!

at last my date na din ang landing namin! meron ba ditong mag laland ng January 11 sa Ontario? kita kits tayo ;D
excited nko kaso winter season na!

Thanks bellaluna! One last question, your EE profile can be updated any time? Suppose created the profile Nov 30, 2016 and want to claim more points under education when I graduate on May 2017 and say we try to get an LMIA appoved?

Congratulations beradbad!
Regarding winter, if it is your first time, please bring a legit winter jacket from makers like columbia and northface with the omni-heat technology (keeps you warm) as the temperature can drop to -30c from time to time. Just to share, if I scrape the snow off my car windows in the morning, i can't feel my ears and nose within five minutes ;D
