@elle03 and purpleStar, it takes that long? Like more than a year to be nominated?
If so, then our steps now will be just to:

a. submit express entry sitting on 450-470 points
b. get the 15 points additional when I graduate on May2017
c. get extra points when she gets 2 years work experience on July

Honestly, I haven't read the PNP route yet (busy sa midterms and school projects) and all I know is we need to have WES and IELTS for now to have a good EE profile.

Any other suggestions will be highly appreciated

Hello, guys!

I was in Canada recently last August to visit my relatives in Ontario. I'm a college fresh graduate and I'm 21 years old. Just wanna ask if ilang years of experience work po ba ang kailangan to be able to apply/ approved for an Express Entry Program? As of now, wala pa po akong nakukuhang work dito, ang hirap po kumuha ng experience na related sa course ko. Gusto ko pang po sana kumuha ng kahit anong work para po magkaroon ako ng experience na maapprove for Express Entry Program.

I hope po ma-help niyo ako.

Just to add to what PurpleStar said, the one year of work experience can be done outside Canada, it will qualify you for FSW (if your work experience was done in Canada, it will be under CEC). The work doesn't have to be related to your course.
Tip lang, since bata ka pa, pwede ka ring kumuha ng graduate studies.

@ mic-mic: Just make your/your wife's Express Entry profile as soon as you can, who knows if you can get your ITA with your current standing. The points will be automatically updated as well when you update your education and when your wife's work experience reaches 2 years.

Your file should be seating and handled in Ottawa for the first few weeks then will be transferred to your local VO afterwards. Your local VO will depend on where you are legally residing currently. It's best to order GCMS notes if you want details on how your application is going.
