I don't recall this sa APR...sa clinic ba 'to? Yung clinic na ang bahala diyan sa category at file number.
Ito ba yung online registration sa St. Luke's website? If so, walang kwenta yan, you'll do it again by hand when you get there.
Yung format na yan is for the previous paper-based applications na may medical request galing sa CIC. You need to say upfront medical for Express Entry yung sa 'yo.

Ronster, Relax!(alam ko mahirap) nung nag BG in progress ako super wait din ako hanggang napagod na ko. So nagbakasyon ako nakalimutan ko na sandali yung PPR tapos dun ko narecieve yung PPR email while on vacation. In short, it will come when you least expect it.

Just saw sa kabilang thread you got requested for PoF...that's a good sign kung according kay Asivad Anac nasa finalization na ang application pag umabot sa PoF check. It's likely just a simple verification that you still have the funds to this day. Hope you get your PPR very soon!

Happy na ako kung maka-PPR by April kung mga September applicants ang nagkaka-PPR ngayon.

Ok lang naman. You can also choose all provinces and territories naman.

I think your issue is #2. Your primary NOC and work experience don't match. Just enter the same NOC as your work history as your primary NOC. It should be OK if you do that.
Now you can do what you're planning in real life, but not in the Express Entry profile.

@bellaluna - my job description has many job skill names that has the ability to adapt to different types of job position and that's within the umbrella that falls to architects job scope. Because architect can work as interior designer, arch'l technician, project manager, 3d modeler and etc. So, my job experience are cad operator 1yr, architectural designer 3yrs, interior designer 3.5yrs and now project architect 1yr plus. I'm a license architect sa pinas. Ano po maadvice para po makapag update ako ng EE. Salamat.

Isang PPR lang for the entire family. Hindi nga ako nakareceive ng PPR sa email, I received a notification lang na may message ako sa MyCIC tapos nandun yung PPR in pdf format.
