Yung format na yan is for the previous paper-based applications na may medical request galing sa CIC. You need to say upfront medical for Express Entry yung sa 'yo.

Because architect can work as interior designer, arch'l technician, project manager, 3d modeler and etc. So, my job experience are cad operator 1yr, architectural designer 3yrs, interior designer 3.5yrs and now project architect 1yr plus. I think your issue is #2. Your primary NOC and work experience don't match. Just enter the same NOC as your work history as your primary NOC. It should be OK if you do that.
Now you can do what you're planning in real life, but not in the Express Entry profile.

Isang PPR lang for the entire family. Hindi nga ako nakareceive ng PPR sa email, I received a notification lang na may message ako sa MyCIC tapos nandun yung PPR in pdf format.JoyceM said:
