Kung gusto mo mag claim ng points for that work experience, then oo. If it helps you feel any better, sa case namin mas mahirap kasi ung employment pass namin naka tie up sa current company, so that means pag hindi kami maingat, pwede kami masipa and ma-deport ng wala sa oras :)

And that technically since "visa" siya, kelangan niya ganung details. It does significantly help if kaibigan or ka-close mo si HR.

Hi, question po. For the COEs, do I need to provide the certificate of employment from my current company? With the all the required details like job title, employment dates, full time/part time employment, salary, esp the work description? Medyo dyahe kase humingi sa current with the job description. Thank you.

angel,

meron kang 60 days para i-accept ang ITA. that means, pwede di mo galawin (neither accept nor decline) ung invite hangga't nag ga-gather ka ng requirements. if hindi mo talaga kaya matapos, then on the 55th or 59th day, i-decline mo. basta before 60th day, kasi mapa-paso ung ITA (at parang nabasa ko dati na magiging invalid or inactive ata profile mo).

pag dinecline mo ngayon agad agad, then assuming merong future draws pa, makaka-tanggap ka parin ng ITA paulit ulit. so it doesn't make sense pag ni-decline mo ngayon. besides, hindi natin alam ano plano ng CIC for future draws. importanteng naka secure ka na ng ITA.

para sa tanong mo na bakit ung iba ay tagged as PNP and ung iba as FSW under EE, ung explanation diyan ay PNP (EE, not the paper based) is just a subset of EE. kelangan ka parin mag fall under the usual streams ng EE (eg, CEC, FSW, etc). in your case, ikaw ay FSW under PNP, and in turn pag dating sa federal level, FSW under EE. sana malinaw to. sang province pala to?

Agree! I-try mo muna kunin lahat ng docs tapos pag di talaga kaya tsaka mo i-withdraw/decline.

You can check your ITA sasabihin naman dun if PNP ka or FSW.

For your question sa spouse, walang additional points ang job experience ng asawa maliban kung Canada work experience ito. So it's up to you if gusto mo i-declare or hindi.

Normally naman pag nag-apply ka ng VISA you have to prove na you have strong ties sa current country mo para alam nila na babalik ka. Like job security, family etc...So sabihin mo lang need mo to for VISA application and required ang document na ito by VISA officer

I guess ignorance is bliss, and I don't want to drive myself crazy trying to compare my application to everyone else's. :D Peace out.

At the risk of sounding sirang plaka, ako rin! I guess may direct message naman na feature ang forum na to, tapos mapupunta sa email which I usually check din. So may way parin na ma-contact. Sulpot-sulpot lang din dito at times.

All the best sa atin :)

Thanks prcand & gemskipots for your replies! I guess I'll be following more of this thread.

All the best to everyone. :)

Hi Gemskipots,

So you mean pag dineclare yung work history ng spouse kelangan mag produce ng reference letter for those work episodes or a standard coe will suffice?

Thanks

hello po,

I am newbie here.
Ask ko lng po sna regarding the funds.
Is it true na the boarder officer will check the funds at the point of entry in Canada?

If yes, in which means we can show the funds? thru cash po ba? Someone told me about Manager's cheque pero parang hndi practical as per my understanding on its definition? Could someone please help me to clarify this?

Another concern po is the pay stubs (work experience section). Do we really need to provide this?

hope someone could help me.

Thank you. GODbless us all.. =)

Hi, If dineclare mo sya same format of Letter of Experience is needed. That is why if hassle better wag ng ideclare, since wala namang bearing sa points mo.

No problem. Yes, madaming taga Singapura dito.

All the best sa inyo.

Hindi ko sure yung sa border regarding sa POF since hindi pa ko nakakaland hehe... what I know lang dun sa friend ko na nagland nung August nag open sya ng account sa isang bank dito sa SG na meron din sa Canada. Tapos nag print sya nung bank statement. Sabi nya para pagdating ipapakita nya yung ATM card and Bank Statement.

Basta nasa Letter of Experience lahat ng details including yung Annual Pay mo. Yung sa application namin, wala kaming sinubmit na pay stubs pero may company contract kami plus yung Letter of Experience with complete information.

Yung friend ko na nag land sa Canada last june, 5k lang dinala niya, Diba pag more than 10k dala mo you have to declare pa?

Hello Kababayan!

I applied for Express Entry (FSW) I disclosed I have a job offer with LMIA but NOC C. I only tried if its possible. But out of shock they gave an ITA.

My question is, Is there any possibility na mareject ako because of the job offer I disclosed? I got 922 point because of arranged employment.
