another update: kaka-refresh lang. new 5th line ng ECAS says, medicals have been received. ang weird talaga no? kasi sa CIC, meds passed na siya as early as nov 23rd.

pero kahit papano, masaya parin ako na may progress galing CIC. at hindi ayon sa sinabasabi ng iba na mababago daw rules dahil sa new government. at least no change mid game. so target parin nila ay 6 months, max processing. though ung iba ay mas mabilis pa diyan.

we can do this!

Uu!!! May option ka to pay upfront ...

Yeap! Let's meet-up parang masaya yun! Para ko kaya kayong virtual family. ;D

(Assuming nanaman!!! ;D)

Hi Guys,

I have created my EE profile since Nov 4 and my EE score is 422. I applied with my common-law partner. I am just worried after reading from different threads that most of the people are getting their Provincial Nominee invitations within first 10-15 days after they create their profile, but my profile did not meet this criteria for some reasons.

I have just read on the Ontario PNP site the news they have posted on Nov 24 ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html that we need to create new profile and it has brought me now more tensions.

Here is my profile:

EE Points - 422
Profile type - CEC + FSW met, OINP not met
NOC - 0114
EE profile created - Nov 4 2015

I am PGWP for 3 yrs and it expires in July 2016, and my common-law partner's PGWP expires in August 2017.

I would really like to hear suggestions from all the experience people out here.

Regards

Hello! In my experience, nag delete din ako ng ee profile after not receiving an invite from ontario.
When the program started kasi, sabi nila, profiles created starting June, with minimum scores of 400 + will be invited to apply. My existing profile was created May 28, a few days shy from the requirement.

So I deleted my profile, created a new ee profile and then.... Received a territorial interest letter.

Hope this helps

Guys, paalala lang para sa mga nag-iisip na mag migrate (research stage), I strongly encourage you na mag pa assess lang muna for educational credentials kasi eto ung requirement na medyo di pwede madaliin (esp ung TOR from school). Kung di ako nagkakamali, 5 years ata validity nito. At least lang kasi ready na just in case.

Two years din validity nito.

Bakit ko ba ni-remind to. Kasi sayang ang opportunity pag nag decide na kayo eventually, then naka-cap na pala ung applications (esp true for provincial nominations). Maghihintay ule for the next refresh, like mga isang taon. I learned it the hard way, kasi na-cap ako for FSW2014 last year, and lampas isang taon din ako naghintay sa isa pang pagkakataon. Medyo mahirap din kasi exactly i-pinpoint kelan sila magbubukas, and if ever magbukas, puno na agad within a few days (if not, within hours).

That way, mas productive ang paghihintay. So grab the opportunity and chance by being prepared.

Thank you po, prcand! Your experience is really helping others like me decide.

Tuwang-tuwa ako at may thread dito na ganito, pam-Pinoy talaga. Good luck and God bless po sa lahat.

Hi, hope you can help me with my dilemma regarding whether is accept or reject the ITA.

I am a provincial nominee and received the ITA on nov 27. My points is 885.

With the help of our friends in this forum and some info from the net, I learned that I will have to request new work certificates from all my job experiences following the format requirement by CIC. But I currently reside in Singapore and most of my previous jobs were in Phil. Also to consider the upcoming Christmas festive where a lot of offices will close for the season, I might be needing more time to gather all the new documents I need.

I learned that we can reject the ITA and be put back to the pool and considered again for the next draw. If I do so, I will have more time to collate all my documents before the new 60 day deadline comes. But with my provincial nomination expiring on Mar 2016, I am worried that if I don't get included in the EE draw just in time, I will lose very big points and will make my chances in the EE draw slimmer.

I hope you can share your views on this dilemma. Would greatly appreciate your advice.

In addition, I have additional questions:

1. Do spouses also need to give job certs or only the principal applicants?
2. My EE profile says I'm under federal skilled worker category but I am seeing some applicants with provincial nominations also but classified under PNP category in other forums. Are these categories the same or from different classification?

Thanks so much.

angel,

meron kang 60 days para i-accept ang ITA. that means, pwede di mo galawin (neither accept nor decline) ung invite hangga't nag ga-gather ka ng requirements. if hindi mo talaga kaya matapos, then on the 55th or 59th day, i-decline mo. basta before 60th day, kasi mapa-paso ung ITA (at parang nabasa ko dati na magiging invalid or inactive ata profile mo).

pag dinecline mo ngayon agad agad, then assuming merong future draws pa, makaka-tanggap ka parin ng ITA paulit ulit. so it doesn't make sense pag ni-decline mo ngayon. besides, hindi natin alam ano plano ng CIC for future draws. importanteng naka secure ka na ng ITA.

para sa tanong mo na bakit ung iba ay tagged as PNP and ung iba as FSW under EE, ung explanation diyan ay PNP (EE, not the paper based) is just a subset of EE. kelangan ka parin mag fall under the usual streams ng EE (eg, CEC, FSW, etc). in your case, ikaw ay FSW under PNP, and in turn pag dating sa federal level, FSW under EE. sana malinaw to. sang province pala to?

With the all the required details like job title, employment dates, full time/part time employment, salary, esp the work description? Medyo dyahe kase humingi sa current with the job description. Thank you.
