Hi! I am new here. My husband will be the principal applicant. We are still about to start with our application. I have some questions regarding the Express Entry. Hope you could enlighten us.

1.Since both of us, my husband and I, are taking the IELTS, do we need to create two WES profiles as well?
2. In sending our diploma, can we just send a copy through fax?
3. If no, can I send my diploma together with my husband's diploma?
4. Reading the previous messages in this forum, I noticed that the issue with proof of funds was less talked about. In this whole process of the application, may I know when are we required to show our proof of funds?

Thank you.

Sorry hindi ko alam yung sagot sa first 3 questions mo kasi single applicant ako. You can look for answers in other threads or lets wait for others na tulad mo na 2 nag apply.

Sa 4th question, may mga topic dito sa forum na tungkol sa pof and most of it are related to rejection.

1. If you claim points you need to show proof of those claims.
2. No. Everything is done online. All documents gets uploaded thru your EE application.
3. Each applicant will have their own separate option to upload the required documents.
4. POF is required for all types off application except for those with AOE (arranged offer of employment) it does not hurt to show other sources of fund other than your work though.

Yes, link is here:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
You need to explain in the cse why you send it here instead of in your own mycic account. Maybe even attach the photo of a screen shot of the system error. Meanwhile, try really hard in uploading in your cic profile. Maybe it's just a system clitch which will be fixed in a while.. Good luck!!!

hi yellowtree,

2. sending to WES? all documents are by courier
3. i think it should be separate kasi ang bawat envelope dapat properly labelled ng reference number nyo eh
4. you should already be preparing your funds kasi once na complete na ang docs at pwede na magpasok ng info para sa express entry eh need na din how much tlga ung proof of funds nyo...

it is better na habang wait ng ITA complete na docs para at least kapag may ITA na eh di na gahol sa 60 days....

Mabuhay mga Kabayan,

After getting ITA and filling out the PR forms:

On the document upload screen, which document formats do they accept? (.doc, .docx, .pdf, etc)

For multiple files, do they accept compressed (zipped files) , or should we just paste all the scanned images into one document file?

Which do you recommend, to pay rprf upfront or to wait?

Word and pdf formats are accepted.
Make sure to only upload a single file. If there are multiple pages, you may copy them into a single word doc. What I did is to make a table of contents with links to the documents so it would be easier for the VO to check the docs.
We did pay for the RPRF upfront thinking it would cut down several days compared if we have to wait for the request. Whether it made a difference or not, we can't really say as CIC can be really unpredictable.

Guys, I have a few questions:

1. Medical - for uprfront medical, proceed nalang ba ko sa clinic (Global), or do I need to bring in IMM 1017B?
2. I might change jobs, pero sa January pa. Question is, will this affect my application? In what way? Mag chachange this ang NOC code ko kung sakali.

TIA

1. No need. I just informed them na upfront medical/express entry.
2. As long as you have submitted your application before you change your job and the experience and proofs you have submitted you have given has given you enough points, i don't think it will affect you. I know someone who changed his job after submitting the requirements but still given the ppr.

1) just say medical upfront ka.

2) no issue on this as you've claimed work experience points on the submitted NOC as of the date of COE. Thus, you should not worry if you'll change NOC for a new work
