ang swerte mo bellaluna. kasi ako late june nakapag submit, pero kaka-in process status palang last week. di pa sigurado kung nominated or kelangan ng further docs. tapos nabasa ko online, pwede daw ma-reject outright at di mabibigyan ng chance to correct ung mali (if meron).

Hi, I can only advise based on the PNP application process. SINP is easier because it's online and free. NS is physically mailed and costs $300. SINP's education requirement is only one-year post secondary. Mas mabagal din ma-fill up ang SINP-EE compared to SINP-ID which filled up in less than 24 hours. You can get a nomination with SINP-EE in about 3 months if you're among the first applicants. This year, SINP-EE and SINP-ID had 1000 applicants each while NS-D had 300.

There's a good recent discussion on that sa SINP-EE thread. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms states that PRs have full mobility, but during the PNP application, there's usually a requirement for a letter of intent or declaration of ethics to live in the province upon nomination. Baka lang magka problema sa PNP office or CIC or sa landing if the immigration officer thinks you don't intend to settle in the province.

In my case naman, nabayaran ko na kasi ang OINP hehehe. At ako rin, doon talaga ako may ties/relatives.

Nominated ka narin ba Bella? Sana may draw this Friday, so I can move on to the next step

Guys question ung ee profile ko pending pa din pati ung sa job bank kahit successful na bakit ganun? Kelangan ko ba ulitin? Thanks

Thanks Bellaluna.. Unfortunately sumagot sakin SINP today about my case, sabi nila hindi daw qualified pag wala work experience na related sa field of study although 75 score ko sa points grid nila :(

Si hubby sana akala ko pwede din principal kasI related study nya sa work experience nya then his ECA is Bachelors Degree 3yrs but then sa points grid nila iba papala ang University Degree 3yrs which is 20 points and Degree, trade, certificates 2yrs na 15 points lang.. eh since college yung school nya and not university, he can only claim points dun sa 15points.

Bakit ganun yung category nila sa education iba sa CIC - there basta Bachelor degree iisa lang ang points regardless kung uni or college :(

I guess no choice ako kundi Nova Scotia or New Brunswick. ..eto lang ang may IT na sectors eh.

So pwede pala mag apply ng on multiple provinces at once? Which one did u take?
Also while creating EE do I select All provinces in case I want to get a chance for other provinces to nominate me?

Sensya na ang daming tanong :D

Congrats OINP batchmate. I declined the SK nomination in my EE profile. Wala pa rin akong ON nomination, so I'm not expecting to get an ITA in the next draw.

Creon]ang swerte mo bellaluna. kasi ako late june nakapag submit said:

Huwaaaat. Ang labo. My degree is a BA in General Chuvaness* and my work experience is in IT, and I got nominated by SK as IT (2174).
*Not actual major; degree name changed

But does he meet the 60 points passing score sa SINP?

Ah so you can stay temporarily dun sa province na yun tapos saka na lang lumipat. I also have relatives in Ontario kaya yun pinili ko though hindi ko tinuloy yung application for nomination kasi mahal. hehe. ;D

May I ask why di mo tinanggap SINP nomination? :)

"In process" is good! Good luck! Mukhang case to case basis nga ang SINP, o depende sa mood ng officer kung outright rejection o request for docs. Sadya nga akong di nag-submit ng additional docs (after they sent a request) para hindi na ma-nominate, tapos ayun pa rin.

Hi Creon,

Basta ni reject nila, nag CSE after over a month binuksan uli nila.

can i just say, na honestly masaya ako for you both bellaluna and ronster dahil nakuha niyo OINP nomination :) nababasa ko kasi sa forum na kahit ung ibang 400+ di pinapansin ng OINP.

hirap kasi abutin yang 400+ pag bachelor's degree lang, only way na itaas ung score is dapat at least 8 lahat sa IELTS. so nakakatuwa na napili kayo ng OINP, nakakagana at nakaka-inspire!

Hi Bellaluna,

Ows? Bakit ganon ang labo nga ng SINP. Dapat man lang sinabi nila na may chance or something, outright sagot sakin is not qualified grrr :(

As per your second question- No, if we can only claim 15 points sa education hindi nya ma meet ang 60 points nila haaay ang hirap

I'm filling up EE now, will try Nova Scotia and SINP padin. Can I qualify sa OINP kung Diploma lang assessment sakin ng WES? parang nakita ko kasi dapat Bachelor ka and above dapat sa Canadian equivalency? Please help guide.

In this case also, since I'm trying two provinces (or 3 pag pwede sa Ontario), I need to choose "ALL PROVINCES" sa guestion na where do you intend to live in Canada?

Thanks ulit :)
