medyo magulo nga yung sitwasyon nyo. nabasa ko rin yung thread na ginawa mo and not to discourage you, may point nga si asivad na confusing na 6years yung education ng spouse mo tapos 7yrs yung binigay ng WES. Na-try mo na rin ba kontakin ang WES?

Yung sa cic, alam ko may link sa taas ng page para sa call/contact center nila. hindi ko alam bakit di ko na makita sa account ko. nagtanong din kasi ako sa kanila noon. though sa template ng response nila na aabutin daw ng 20days yung reply nila.

Oo nga reivax, pero ang tingin ko naman dun ay ganito.

1. Nung tinest ko sa online checking site ng WES yung Bachelor ni Misis ay equivalent sa 3y sabi online. So after assessment eh 3y Bachelor nga
2. Nung natapos ni misis yung Masteral, chineck ko ulit onsite tapos nakalagay eh 4y Bachelor. Nag try din ako ng isa pa pero this time ibang school nilagay ko at mas sikat, tapos Masteral lumabas sa Canadian equivalency. So inisip ko kung dun siya nag masters eh wala na sanag confusion.

So ang interpretation ko ay ganito. Hindi naman sa 7years na Bachelor ang ibinigay ni WES kasi una namin pina assess yung Bachelor tapos 3y binigay. After matapos ni misis yung Masteral eh pina assess ulit namin sa WES using upgrade option at isa sa requirements nun ay isama ang Bachelor, kaya sa new assessment ay nilagay nila yung lumang assessment na sa Bachelors Degree (3y Bachelor) at yung bagong assessment Masteral Degree (4y Bachelor) equivalent.

Having said this, 2 degree yung ginawa ni misis, pero Bachelor lang nga (3y at 4y) na equate. So for me hindi sila magkasama na 7y Bachelor lahat ginawa ni WES. Meaning 3y degree/diploma binigay ni WES sa Bachelor ni misis at 4y degree/diploma sa Masteral niya, kaya Two or more degree/diploma pinili ko hehehe.

Well no choice na rin naman, bale try ko nalang kontakin yung CIC or submit na itong 460 points kasi na update na siya sa CIC profile hehehe. Kung pasok thank you po. If not eh balik sa 428 points huhuhu.

Pano ka po napili ng Ontario nomination? May need ba dapat gawin or kusa nalang lalabas sa my CIC yung Ontario nomination?

warquezho, nag apply ako sa OINP. May process yung nomination nila, pero in a nutshell, they invite people with 400 and up points in the EE pool to apply in OINP, taps once you qualify, you send in your application to the government of ontario. After that, ayun, they decide to either nominate you or decline your application for provincial nominee

kapag ba Diploma ang ECA assessment result hindi qualified for Ontario? I know about their 400CRS score but I saw under education dapat ata Bachelor's and above Canadian equivalency?

Tama ba yung pag kakaintindi ko, nag apply kayo sa OINP bago ka nila bigyan ng invitation sa EE profile?

Kung tama eh pano po yung step na pag apply sa OINP? Parang wala ata kasi ako makita sa Ontario website, tapos nabasa ko eh basta gumawa ka lang ng EE tapos wait mo lang sa EE na ma invite ka at 400CRS yung need nila as min requirement...

Congrats! After ng File number one month ba bago mareceived yung nomination? I'm still waiting for my nomination in Manitoba. ;D

Kung tama yung intindi ko, yung bagong ECA ni Misis ay 3yr Bachelor + 4 yr Bachelor? Kung ganoon, pwedeng ilagay mo lang ang mas bagong ECA.

final decision : approved
4 days to go and it will be a month long waiting for PPR

Not sure, kung ano mas mataas, pero sa akin kasi, Bachelo's ang nakuha ko sa WES. Mas mataas ba ang Bachelor's sa Diploma? overall score kasi ang tinitignan e. May equivalent point ang educational attainment

Which is which?

No, ganito siya. You create a profile in the EE pool. When you create your profile, make sure that you have indicated ON as one of the provinces that you want to live in. Also, your profile score should be 400 or up.

1. Ontario sends TI (Territorial Interest) notifications to profiles who meet the criteria I mentioned. This TI is an invitation to apply for OINP.
2. Once you receive your TI, you apply directly to OINP. List of requirements would be available in their website
3. Pag nasend mo na application mo, their processing time is 90 days from receipt of application (Hard copy ang sinesend narequirements).
4. After 90 days, they either nominate you, or decline your application for Provincial nominee.
5. If you are nominated, you get a notification from your EE profile that you are being nominated by the Province of Ontario.
6. If you accept the nomination, you get additional 600 points to your profile

Hi, may member na nag-inquire na sa OINP tungkol dito, at sabi ng OINP na Bachelor's talaga ang minimum required, and it's up to to the applicant to make sure they meet the program requirements.

yes, i declared his ielts (S 6.5 L&W 6 R 5.5)

nagtry aku ulet magsubmit ng profile, ineligible pa ren hay! sadness nman, panu b ito?

I had the same results before, I had to retake my IELTS for the nth time...

dapat lowest atleast is 6.5

retake lang ng retake (ouch) ang mahal pa naman, finally met and open na ang mga status ng EE profile ko
