I need your help in identifying whether i can apply for primary NOC 0121 with the following work exp:-

1) Appointed as Deputy manager sales-insurance in JUne'13
2) Promoted to Manager sales -insurance in Apr'14 and working with the same post till date

Task and duties performed were same only hike in salary and post

Will CIC consider 1.5 yrs of experience irrespective of the JOB TITLE as task and duties are same...???
CAn i apply for FSWP??

Dear, Yes you can apply under the category as far as your reference letter / experience has same roles and responsibilities or some of defined in NOC.
