Mera naam Navdeep n i have applied for Canadian PR under skilled worker and professional.
Mera File number Jan 28 2010 nu aa gyia si. main Australia to apply kita hai. mere nal ek hor kudi ne apply kita si. assi same date nu apply kita si te sada fiel number v same date te ayia si. hun ussda medical aa gyia buh m still waiting
And ek gal hor dasyeo plz, common law partner wich apni gf di study show kar sakde hain...?? like i read sumwhere 3-5 points hain..?
ma gf is living in canada and she's PR there. so main ohnu d'facto show kar sakda?? plz let me knw je kise nu pata hai ta.

NOC is 1111. can you guide a bit, how much time will it take for meds and all. Do they call the candidates for sure and the employers? I have not received any call as of yet.

Normally CHC Delhi is very quick and they are processing the files in about 4 months. Normally it takes 6 -12 months to response because of the background check etc. They can ring employers if they need to but sometimes they dont if they are happy with the documents you supplied.

I am supreet from punjab, received sinp provincial certificate on 2 feb from canada.
Then applied to new delhi on 8th feb my file, after after a week a got medical,passport req
and rprf and i sent my medical,pp and rprf on 26 feb. Till the date i dont get any response
from them.....getting nervous.

It's around 2:00PM IST, May 26. Anyone with change in e status, particularly to "in process"? I am getting very concerned about my status which as of today still indicates "Received by the visa office", while my complete set of documents were sent out on Mar 9 and the AOR was dated 25th Mar.

Hi every one it is my first post on this forum, I am planning to file the FSW case, need help of you guys on the 0213 experience catagory. There is three month gap of unpaid leave in my last job of MIS officer which I started right after coming back from abroad(Ireland) after finishing my Masters degree in E-business Management and that unpaid leave starts right after the first two months of starting the job, the reason was to go abroad(Ireland) and to apply for my Masters degree and collect the transcripts as well.

Now how can I fill that gap, excluding these three months makes the work experience span of around 13 months.

I would appreciate your assisstance
