but i am thinking that i should get 1-2 reference letters from my senior colleagues to strengthen my case.

But please mind it , get reference letter from a colleague who is nearer to u even more than ur parents,

REASON :- I have seen such cases being spoiled by best friends in persuit of envy.
JUST A FRIENDLY SUGGESTION,

Im a lecturer too, bt I had faith in none and still my case is running healthy.

Regarding job duties, BOTH of our seniors are right,
Just have a look on JDs in Canadian website,
If ur JDs written by your HM doesn't match them,then u r in a big trouble.

In my case, I prepared all JDs myself and I got them signed by the HM just by giving him due respect.

Pls t.c of JDs ,coz if they will not match then u r in the biggest danger.
CHC doesnt compare JDs with NS one,in fact they compare with JDs given on the website (38 categories one)

No need for letter of refernce from Collegues...why u are complicating ur case.

Just have reference letter from Employer & no body else..

there can slight change in JD written on Ref letter & Application FOrm..

seniors can anybody tell how much is time processing of the application at HRSDC for job offer approval because two and half months already passed i am still waiting for the result and i have paid to an agent in alberta to arrange job offer for me and whenever i ask him always says it will come next week because company has to submit the tax summary to the department sometime i feel he is lying to me and need to know one more thing when,apply HRSDC to get approval should it be in the name of applicant or employers apply on their base that they need somebody from overseas

Today i got reference letter from my employer he has written it like this...
This is to certify that as per our record......name and joining date till date
Her work involves conducting theory lectures & practical sessions for dental students,treating patients in dental OPD and camps organised by insti.
She is full time regular employee and salary....plus benefits....
This certificate is issued for Visa purpose only.

Will this reference letter be sufficient for CHC ND.

In my application to CIC I wrote my job duties like...teach students,demos,discussions,lab.work,seminars&field jobs;prepare,administer and mark tests;supervise lab.and clinical work;advise on curricula&career decisions;provide tutorials and remedial instructions.


Now what should i do?????????
