Is it possible that they might implement the AIP Two Stage process again? This will allow students to begin their classes online for now. Eventually, when travel restrictions are lifted and a final decision has been made they can perhaps join their in-person classes.

This is for Canada to India not India to Canada. The India to Canada direct flight ban will likely be lifted by June 22. The title of the thread should be corrected.

This is still relevant because there were many customers on twitter who received a dm from Air Canada stating that their flights are set to resume on August 1st.

Air Canada, probably. I was talking about direct flight ban from India will LIKELY resume on June 22.

even if they resume, currently for direct flights - only air india and air canada operate -- -AC is out, and if canada govt uplifts ban, then AI will be the only option. but hard to believe that AC would do that as an internal business decision -- it definitely is an indication that govt will extend the ban..
