Well, she's helping people by explaining how to cheat the government, and claiming that it's nobody's business but her own. Furthermore, she doesn't understand the system she's cheating: she doesn't know the difference between 'assets' and a bank account, she's confused about the difference between landing funds and 'assets', and worse, she seems proud of herself.

The ppl like you,when get the opportunity to live any better place they think that they have done a miracle and no one else can.. Here now you are talking about laws and regulations because you are taking yourself as a master of this field. If someone ask here form some help then just help we not need your master piece of advise.
as you told your wife is studying the behavior of new immigrants like me .... I will give her an advice to spend some time for you and make you help in upbringing of your mind. It will be the best time pass for her.
More over you are using words for Sonea( the helper)..... At least man she is helping the needy. She has provided the maximum help for us on forums.she just not tell us but also provides the link of websites to make us understand our questions..she is not forcing any one to act upon her saying.
Funds,grants and open eyes for money..... Do not u think that all these are our personal problems... And you should keep your nose out of it. Help if you can.... And will be appreciated.... But do not use such words next time for any one.Bc your respect is in your own hands.

News Release — Call for Proposals for Settlement Services in British Columbia

Vancouver, June 3, 2013 — Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has issued a Call for Proposals for the delivery of settlement services in British Columbia (B.C.), which assist newcomers to succeed in their new lives in the province.

The Call for Proposals will be open for a period of five weeks, beginning today and ending July 8, 2013. Following a review of all received proposals, CIC will determine which organizations or individuals will receive funding to provide settlement services in B.C, starting in April 2014, when the Government of Canada resumes management of federally-funded settlement programs in the province.

Settlement funds are for programs and services that address newcomers’ needs, supporting their establishment and integration into Canadian society. Services include language training, career counseling, which includes help finding jobs that match newcomers’ skills and education, help establishing professional and community networks and contacts, and other general information and referrals.

this is just the latest news i received from CIC ... and is a loud and clear message that Canadian gov understands that immigration is a big thing and people need government support to get settled.. and once settled they are the asset for the country as they contribute to the growing economy ... but some people think that if they got something, no one else can have it..

Yes, this is absolutely fine -- people do need support to get settled. However, what you don't seem to understand is that they should apply for that support honestly. What that means is, declaring the truth about what is asked. The reason that I say you are counseling people to lie, is that you recommend they spend money fast and carelessly, hide assets by not putting them in the bank, and discussing some gibberish (which I couldn't understand) about pay and credit cards. All that is fraud.

You seem to be suffering under the mistake that if there is a program to support 'immigrants' then every immigrant should show up with their pockets open. In actual fact, many of these programs are means-tested. You know that, which is why you are telling people how to lie.

Personally, I would be very hesitant to take advice from someone who writes like this. I'll make a deal with you -- if you can explain what you mean by bringing Stephen Harper into this discussion of tuition grants and application procedures, and if you can explain how it is possibly relevant to your justifications of fraud, then I will stop pointing out your unethical posts.

Actually, all skilled immigrants are required to have a minimum, based on their family size, to land. And you didn't 'assume' that people would spend unwisely, you actually advised them to. There's a difference.

minimum funds for landing are less compared to what they have outlined under grants eligibility criteria(income based) .. that's why i posted the link too. do some "hard work" and check that out for God's sake
