you can use other's credit card but it is too risky as what i have read here, somebody used her consultant's ccard & was rejected due to insufficient fund (not to mention, her consultant suggested it)

its safe naman as i also did payement thru credit card...as long as it is under your name or your spouse name...make sure also that has enough credit limits to cover the fee...but you may also opt for Bank draft.

Hi guys, my friend is applying as fsw as well this july, she's single and i have some questions since i'm helping her with the application..

1. In the family members portion: since she's single, does she write her mom and 4 siblings thus prepare for their photos as well?? I read that family members are spouse, common law and children.. But how about with single person??? Just wanted to clarify..

2. In case she needs to include her siblings, do they also have to answer the schedule 1 & additional family forms??

Hi everyone,

There is a Good news spreading for all 2010 applicant , will get at Medicals before the end of the year as well as 2008 , and 2009. Hope this is true, so more prayers Kabayan..I heard and read a lot for this issue. someone got any inputs pls. share thanks. Godbless everyone.

There are lots 2009 applicants that already got their MR, regarding with 2010 which I am part of, it is because of the coming MI 3 CAP of 500 per NOC to reduce the backlog which from all the way 2006 to pre june 26 2010. This is what others believe that will make our application a little bit faster, I wish, but I think this also depends on which VO we belong and with our docs...

Mga kabayans,

I submitted our application as FSW and received PER last June 22 lang.
Ikinasal kami ng last December 2009 and both currently based here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

any advice please.

Thanks,
Horace

I think dapat na palitan ung surname nya kasi un ung tama, u have to inform VO about this major changes, just give them the copy of the new passport and the marriage cert. It wont affect or compromise your application much more it will if you dont inform your VO about this because it will lead to misrepresentation. This is what I believe in.

dear sushicat,

for question 1: im also single, just put there N/A (Not applicable) put N/A in spaces not applicable to you, as they will consider you forms incomplete if you will leave it blank...

for question 2:there is a separate form for listing all your family members (parents and siblings) IMM5406 additional family information.

if your friend is planning to bring with her/his family, i think she'll apply them separately under family class only when she's become a PR.
note...check also the new guidelines on CIC as they will have the changes posted tomorrow.
