m2canada, i just created a facebook account. pa-add nalang. hope we can get to network there para kahit asa canada na tau, puwede parin mag-susap. hirap kais mag-catch up dito pag natabunan na ang message there, we can chat, then at least we know who we're talking to, diba?

Hi! sinu po sa inyo ang bago palang sa forum? naggagather palang ng docs for submission early next year. My IELTS sked is on Dec 4, since nasa DXB ako i need all my work cert, bank statements and school records from pinas pa...

Just a clarification lang po:

work certificate - original or notorized copy?
School record / transcript/ diploma - original or notorized copy?
bank statements and records - original or notorized copy?
IELTS - original

saan ko siila dapat ipanotarized sa pinas or sa dubai?

which figure po yung ginamit nyo, yung assessed value or yung market value?

use the market value. it is always bigger than the assessed value per assessor's office coz their valuation is for taxation purposes only.
