i submitted my TOR to CIO and not VO Manila. What do you mean "naka-address". i submitted a certified true copy of my TOR directly to the CIO together with other documents.

Hi psychnars... what i mean is, yung sealed envelope, kanino po ba dapat ia-address, sa VO or CIO? :)

hi maharlika, if that's ok with the VO, did you pay the application fee for your accompanying family members before the medicals or after the medicals of before payment of right for permanent visa fee? did you use credit card or bank draft for this purpose? thanks for your reply. i appreciate it.

ganito ginawa ko...when i submitted my full docs to manila vo, i attached a letter of query if i cud make changes in my application coz i want to include na my children and hubby..though i heard from others already na pwede, i still wrote the immigration officer, so they called me a month after i submitted my docs and advised me to pay the fees for my family equivalent to Php 36,650.00..( hubby and 2 children, ages 6 n 5) so i paid it using a personal check and it was granted then we were sent a medical request after almost two months...

im under "on or after June 29, 2010" policy, kaya i mailed my documents to CIO Sydney, Canada.

thanks, maharlika. i also heard from others na pwedeng gumawa ng changes like for example yung accompanying family members na dati ay di sila accompanying. im planning to do that when they notify us for medicals kasi sabi sa instructions, lahat ng family members whether accompanying or not ay magmedical din.

to everyone: ano nilagay nyo sa "from" date sa personal history nyo na present? did you write the word PRESENT or nilagay nyo yong date the time you were filling up the application?

Crissy,

In my case, my consultant-lawyer advised to put the date (in yyyy-mm format) as of the date of submission. For instance, if you are submitting full docs this October 2010, you have to fill up the "To" field with "2010-10".

Hi fellow pinoys,

Sana matulungan nio ako. I married my gf last September. Meron pa kaming 3 1/2 mos to submit all our documents to Visa office.

thanks,
Raph

Hi BM,

Just my two cents.
But wouldn't it be better to have your kid delivered in Canada? I'm not sure how the case is treated but my assumption is that the child would inherit whatever VISA the parent has (in your case PR). If you go back to the Philippines and have your kid registered here, wouldn't this be considered as an additional member to be processed by the Manila office (meaning you would have to get RP passport, etc.... process again for additional member)? Unless you would still be required to acquire Philippine passport for the new born even if it was born in Canada.

To the seniors.... appreciate if you could share your thoughts as well.

need pa ba i-sponsor ung child born sa pinas? how long kaya?

thanks in advance.

i suggest, upon submission of full docs, attach na ur payment and letter stating the changes you're going to make..or u can do it like mine na inquire ka muna to really make sure..at also to delay the payment kc, medyo mahal din yun, ano?

huwag mo na e wait na bbgyan na ng meds req. saka na e change baka maging dehado pa..sa tingin ko lang
