I need some advice re date of bank certificate, date of market valuation certification and other proof of funds. Ano po ba ang tamang date na dapat akong magrequest ng certificates sa financial institutions for example I will send my application to CIO on October 09, 2010, dapat po ba one week before Oct 9 ang date ng bank certificates, provident funds, market valuation etc? Or pwede na Sept. 20, that is 3-4 weeks ang gap sa date ng submission ko to CIO, canada?

Yung sa #3 na question ko, I know you said it's ok but I'm just worried. ok lang ba na 1-2 weeks dun tapos lalabas din agad? then babalik na lang sa November? I mean wala kayang maging issue sa immigration pag babalik na ako ng canada by Nov? I was thinking that when I enter canada, it's going to be in the immigrant status then I would leave after a week without the PR card yet. Worried lang ako baka magka-issue ako with the immigration when I tell them of my plans. They might deny my entry.

Both me and my husband are here on working visas.

POF ko dated noong full docs send ko sa VO manila..so far wala naman problema , after ma send mo full docs mo sa VO wag mong gagalawin until wala ka pang visa..take note ...sa medical request na ipadadala sayu ng embassy.. may note duon na bago nila i final determination ang papers mo yun dineclare mo na POF ay dapat available....kasi pag ginalaw mo POF even tapos ka na ng medical at waiting PPR naku...tskk ... sayang.. baka malasin..

You will need to follow the post 6/26 rule. You need to send all docs to NS. So gather the items on the CIO checklist, as well as the items for the VO. Put it in an expandable envelope, and send everything to NS. You need to hurry though, the 6/26 rule now has a quota.

my CIO docs are now ready but items for the VO are not yet complete.maybe my application this year might not be considered since only 1000 per category and applications are not only from the philippines,right? will i still continue, what do you think?

hi summer! i dont want to give you false hope pero i dont think CIs are still in. Kasi what they're asking now are nurses who are directly in contact with the patient.. puwede they do health teachings, bedside care, etc basta they are directly in contact with the patient. I posted a link about the duties and responsibilities of nurses under 3152. If you are under NOC 3151 (nurses and not vocational teachers), some of the duties posted must reflect on your JD and reference letter (certificate of employment..) other seniors?

OMG haiissstt!! i'll cross my fingers n lng, anyway i worked in a tertiary hospital for a year 5 years ago..

are you in filling up the form? yes.. use the JD in the Noc 3152.. but this JD should also reflect in your COE and Letter of references once you submit na sa VO.

hello , halos sabay lang tayo na sent yng medical (aug 19 kami) until now wala pa rin kami narerecieved na ppr , naku stress talaga , lalo na nabalita na medyo mahihigpit na yung federal skilled now. sana d na tayo kasali dun , update mo naman ako ha . tnx.

Oo nga, 1 week ka lang nauna sa amin. Ang tagal naman ng ppr natin, meron akong nababasa dito na 2 weeks or less may ppr na from med sent. nakakaloka maghintay. halos oras-oras ko nang tini-check yung email ko. sige, update kita pag me natanggap na ako. update mo rin ako ha? pag ppr ka na, for sure, parating na rin yung sa akin...sana.

What will be the next step after marecievd ng CIO ang application ko??Nakita ko narin na they got my payment for application fee thru my credit card..Hope anyone can help me to figure out the next thing na kailanagn ko gawin at kung may aantayin ba ako..I applied under FSW 1 kahit na clinical Instructor ang work ko pro nilagay ko NOC 3152.. i have 2 years experience as nurse in hospiital seeting and 2 years experience as C.I. i took the ielts 6.5 listening 7.5 speaking 7.0 writing 7.0 reading.. i ahve relatives naman in canada im quite confused din kasi if i reach the 67 points.. I even applied for licensure exam in canada but have to go with their SEc assessment.. and as per new rule may kasama narin ako na VO documents and i submitted all originals di ko kais alam isususbmit ko sa NS hahaha.. so submit nlang ng original.. mahal kasi if i will go to any agency for migration.. hope to hear from you guys!

Hi! Im a lil bit confused,, since meron na po quota ngaun 1000 per occupation, sino po ba mga affected dito? I know recently lang po ito nagchange last June if Im not mistaken. Affected po ba lahat ng applicants? even if they submitted initial application before June?
