We have completed an initial review of your application for permanent residence in Canada, and we now require the following information/documents in order to continue processing your application;

Medical examination
You, your spouse/common-law partner and your dependent children whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not must successfully complete a medical exam as part of Canada's immigration requirements. Refer to the attached medical examination instructions and list of Designated Medical Practitioners for more information. (Will send out meds once passport photos have been received)

hi friends and fellow RNs...

i've worked as a staff nurse in a pediatric hospital for 1 year, then had been a nursing clinical instructor after i resigned from the hospital (more than 3years already in practice as CI) although i saw tha NURSING INSTRUCTOR is one of the subtitles under 3152-REGISTERED NURSE, i'm not quite sure if they would consider it as part of my work experience as a nurse.

woul i only get 15 points? or 21points po?

please enlighten...

hello, dgm! well, here's what i think ha. try assessing ur case.. if you will pass with 1 year experience and perfect 16 ielts, then apply. But if you failed, try going to a consultant and have your case assessed. pag sinabi nilang you passed because ur CI experience will count as a nurse experience, the good, just apply. kasi if something happens they can help you file an appeal or file for reconsideration.

When I was assessed, my CI experienced was counted as a teaching experience because my job description was more of a teacher than a regular nurse. A CI assist and instruct and evaluates students, while nurses atteds to cpatiets. But someone said you cannot work as a CI if youre not a nurse, o technically its a nursing job. So again, just try going to a consultant bexause im sure theyveencountered cases like urs :)

So puwede na pala medical request via email :) that's nice kasi mas faster.. puwede na idownload. Congrats sa medical request! :)

5 yr old child: same as above but no urinalysis

bring with you vaccination list/summary/history from your children's pediatrician
