Thanks for the reply on my previous question re education! I have another question. Is the processing fee refundable? If one's application gets rejected by the CIO, does the CIO refund the processing fee? What if we pay via credit card, how are they going to refund our payment? Thanks.

Hello kapwa Pinoys,

I am also an applicant ng FSW for Canada. Ano po ba ang nakalagay na purpose sa kukuning NBI clearance? Is it TRAVELLING TO CANADA or VISA CANADA? Immigrant visa po ang inapplyan ko and I am asked to submit the NBI clearance. I will wait po kung sino ang kind enough to answer soon kasi pipila na ako dito sa Davao NBI early in the morning. Thank you and God bless us! :-*

They do refund the application fee as long as your case did not reach the inprocess stage. Hope this helps

If you applied on or after February 27, 2008, and your application is not eligible for processing, you will get a full refund. If your application is processed and it is refused, you will not get a refund. If you withdraw your application your fee will be refunded as long as the visa office has not begun processing your application.

thanks for the help, guys. I have a question re application processing fee & proof of funds:

Principal applicant (that's me) - 550 dollars
Spouse will not accompany us - 0 (zero)
14 yr old daughter - 150
10 yr. daughter -150
Total 850 dollars

Proof of funds:
Cash on Bank -250,000 pesos
Provident Fund (association in my workplace) - 300,000 pesos
Land title(market value) - 1 million
Total- 1.5 million pessos

I have 2 kids below 18 yrs. Pls help...

hello po!my ecas is now in process. itatanong ko lang po sana sa mga nakapagmedical na kung ano po yung diagnostic tests for adults and for 2years old.thank you!

sana dumating na mr ko!goodluck to everybody! :)

Seniors, I have some concerns.

MR na kame and magbabayad na ng RPRF. But I am adopting 2 kids and the adoption process won't be finalized until next year. Ano kaya ang scenario na possible dito. Pano kung lumabas na ang result sa application namin for PR at di pa din bumababa ang adoption decision?

Sino may similar experience? Or kahit medyo similar lang? Like for example naapprove na ang PR tapos buntis pala ang misis?

Please shed some light... opinions, reactions, etc.

peeps, question po. do i need to fill up the personal networth statement bago i-submit sa visa office or a bank certificate will suffice? wala naman po kse akong lands or properties to declare. i am an april applicant and currently residing in saudi arabia. i am planning to have vacation soon and isasabay ko na if ever ang visa stamping and then come back here. do i still need to go thru pdos and stuff or pwede dito na ko umexit sa saudi arabia and go directly to canada? thank u po for all your inputs. good luck sa atin lahat ;D

hi annie_t, for 2nd stage, you need to provide the Personal net worth statement sa full docs submission. pero kung for visa stamping ka na e no need to submit kasi passport na lang yata ang papadala mo sa embassy. regarding the other questions, PDOS etc. maybe sa seniors could provide answers, nasa full docs submission stage pa lang kasi ako :)
