yes im working here under nOC C for a year and 6months already but I applied under NOC 3152(RN)..I also mananged to get a letter from my employer stating the things that u've mention including an offer of permanent work once my visa is issued..Im really confuse about that do I still have to make other procedure aside from getting a letter? or I still have to submit it for HRSDC approval of AEO..Does the excemption talks about all NOC or just NOC 0,A and B only? thats what my consultant says my POF wont be waived unless its under those NOC but qorax stated otherwise..Ive went into the linked that qorax gave i think thats 0P6 FSW manual and what ive understand is that only NOC o,A and B are waived so even if your working here but under NOC C or D you still have to show it....

Definitely you are required to submit POF. A letter from your prospective employer is not enough to be considered as AEO. As I have already mentioned, the offer of employment is valid if your prospective employer has made an offer to hire you on an indeterminate basis if you are accepted as a federal skilled worker, and has obtained a positive Arranged Employment Opinion from HRSDC plus you must meet all required Canadian licensing or regulatory standards associated with the job. And take note, you cannot arrange for an HRSDC confirmation of a job offer. Your employer must do this.

So before applying FSW with AEO, your employer must get first the approval of AEO from HRSDC. And since your consultant is asking for the POF, I guess you are applying without AEO thus no additional 10pts would be awarded for you. And you would need IELTS Acad for your RN eligibility assessment and IELTS Gen Module for FSW application.

Good day po...

Ask ko lang po, regarding sa POF, ano pong klase ng bank certification ang nirerequired ng CIO? Ung usualy na bank certificate po ba na iniissue ng bangko?

Thanks!

Im a newbie here. PLs, can anyone indicate his/her score as rated by a canadian immigration officer? In this case Filipino is the first language na nakadeclare sa IELTS GT. Nalilito po kasi ako sa first/second language. ano po bang rating scale gagamitin for first language or second? nadeclare ko na kasi Filipino is my first language. Sobrang baba naman if 2 points lang score kahit 9 ang score in all subtests dahil 2 lang ang highest score if second language ang english Here's a sample result:

Writing-7
Listening-7.5
Reading-8
Speaking-6

Hi! Ang tinutukoy na first/second language ay either English/French for purposes of computing scores for Language Proficiency factor. In your case, you'll get the following: Writing - 4pts, Listening - 4pts, Reading -4pts, and Speaking - 2pts. So for this factor, you'll get 14pts! :)

Yung 2pts, yun ay kung may proficiency ka din sa isa pa languange -- in this case, sa French, maximum of 2 pts makukuha mo for that. Pero eto po ay kung may exam ka din ng French language. If none, zero sa second language.

Good luck. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the help! Laking tulong po ang reply nyo. Thanks po ulet!

kyle, just be patient...we know that you've done the best...at sa akin lang ha, pangungulit won't hasten the process, instead it adds more delay.. i based it with my experience kc, yung mr ko matagal din lumabas kc makulit din ako eh, pero yung sa friend ko madali lang kc hindi cya nangugulit, kung sabagay iba ang IO nya c nba...just pray...asking them once in a while pwede cguro pero wag masyado makulit hehehe...
