I also worked in Canada for 1 yr and plant to lodge my application this coming nov or dec, But I am a little bit confused on your application. Are you applying under NOC C or NOC A,O or B. POF is not required if applying under PnP, FSW with arranged employment offer(AEO), and under CEC. Even if you are currently working in canada in any NOC, you would still need POF unless you are under these categories.

And if you have arranged employment, the employment offer should be in writing, indeterminate in duration, and meet the arranged employment factor. If the employer offers only to hire you then I guess it is not considered AEO. Your employer must made an offer to give you a permanent job if your application is successful.

yes im working here under nOC C for a year and 6months already but I applied under NOC 3152(RN)..I also mananged to get a letter from my employer stating the things that u've mention including an offer of permanent work once my visa is issued..Im really confuse about that do I still have to make other procedure aside from getting a letter? or I still have to submit it for HRSDC approval of AEO..Does the excemption talks about all NOC or just NOC 0,A and B only? thats what my consultant says my POF wont be waived unless its under those NOC but qorax stated otherwise..Ive went into the linked that qorax gave i think thats 0P6 FSW manual and what ive understand is that only NOC o,A and B are waived so even if your working here but under NOC C or D you still have to show it....

Friends, my status is still "in process". when do i expect it to change to decision made? Thanks!

Hi Barok, sometimes it is not the medical that is problematic, if your DMP did not call for any additional test (Like second x-ray or Blood test), see if they find anything inadmissible doon sa medical mo by this time makita mo na ung rejection... Now most of the delay can be about your background check, You know the check that they do for everything, like if you declaration sa mga bansa na napuntahan mo tama, mag cross reference yan sa lahat ng records (NBI,INTERPOL,FBI at kung ano pang gusto nila).

Hope to be of helped. :)

hi,reyes888

We have scheduled an interview for your spouse/common law partner, on September 30, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at the Visa Section of the Canadian Embassy which is located at RCBC Plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City.

Please inform him to bring the following to the interview:

* Any additional court documents not already submitted in relation to charges under Section 3(e) of RA 3019 (Anti-graft and Corruption Practices Act)
* Any proof of evidence filed in relation to the charges
* Any other relevant information regarding the events that transpired or the court process
* All/all old and valid passports for your spouse/common-law partner, for identification, and
* Extra ID to surrender to lobby guard

hi barok!

Was it "NO CRIMINAL RECORD ON FILE"?

I was told that if the remarks are other than "NO DEROGATORY RECORD" or "NO RECORD ON FILE" dapat may affidavit na.
