Me tanong po ako ulit, haiyyy nalilito na po ako. Ang hirap magkamali kasi eh.

Ang case ko po, nawala ko ung unang appointment letter at ibang notice of personnel action ko jan sa work ko sa Pinas, nagrequest ako ng certified true copy from my previous employer for submission sa visa office - London. Nagpunta sa notary public yung brother ko for notarization kaso ayaw tanggapin kasi ang allowed lang daw sa mga notary public ay affidavits and SPA. Pwede ko po ba submit yung certified true copy na galing from my employer kahit hindi na notarized? I work for seven years in this company, yung ibang appointment letters meron po ako original pero hindi po kompleto. Dito po ako ngaun sa Dubai, ung embassy po ba natin me notary service na ginagawa?

Need your valuable suggestion, yun na lang po kulang ko at ready na for submission to visa office. Please reply po.

what I know is that the courier will not give it to anyone (even your relative) - only to you. I have mine mailed to my office. The whole application's mailing is to the office.

speaking of office, technically, I resigned nah while waiting for the visa.

Kadalasan may mga katabing opisina ang embassy ng Pilipinas na nagnonotaryo. Subukan mo at baka pwede silang mag notaryo ng mga dokumento mo.

in the end, sinabi nalang niya bigla na di daw ako pwede pumunta sa office niya
kasi siningit lang yung case ko, at bawal daw entertain ng hindi nila client.

can i drop the name of the consultancy agency?

sabi kasi nila may immigrant lawyer sila... nahirapan na kasi ako hanap ng totoong lawyer na malalapitan
only to find out!!! binaboy lang ako... that bisaya girl handed me over an affidavit na one page lang at wala
man lang ka asin-asin yung content.

ayoko na maki pag argue kahapon... binigay ko nalang yung P3,000 and left. godbless nalang sa kaniya...

please, can someone help me out here? i have made an affidavit. sino po ba pwedeng magcheck nito?

sabi ko kung makikipag away pa ako sa agency na yun, mapupuno na talaga ako ng negative aura
so i remained calm nalang and see what i can do further for this.

relax ka po muna. take a deep breath.

i understand you were given 30 days to submit your affidavit, right? Suggest ko po, kng hirap ka maghanap ng immigration lawyer at present, kahit plain lawyer na lng muna. what's important, i think, is that you are able to convince the visa officer that it was not your intention to defraud them, na nagkamali ka lng ng gamit ng letterhead. dapat talaga convincing yng affidavit mo, wag mo isubmit kng wlang ka asin-asin, kasi parang it might not help. be careful and be sure that you transact with full-fledged lawyers.

pa check mo yng ginawa ng unang nilapitan mo kasi baka secretary lng yun ng lawyer. may mga modus kasi ang iba kng minsan. i know of some who just forge the signature of their boss tapos gamitin seal ng office at credentials ng boss nila tapos hingi na ng pera.

pag my time pa, continue looking for an immigration lawyer. kng di ka man makahanap and u need to submit the dox, at least ready na affidavit and other dox mo. don't stop until you find one at wla pang further instructions from the visa office, kasi maybe, just maybe, the visa officer will entertain supplementary affidavits. meaning, kahit nakasubmit ka na ng affidavit per their request, pwede ka pa rin magdagdag at magsubmit to convince them of your pure intentions, this time from someone you feel and you trust is more qualified to do the job.

then PRAY a lot. let go and let God. kasi SYA na lng pag asa mo.

always remember that this is your application and you only have a couple of days left before the deadline.

The visa office is looking for an affidavit - this means a response letter. this is contrary to what we filipinos know that this must be written by the lawyer with their words, NO. We normally use a notarized affidavit as a legal basis - but in your case its not, the embassy just wants your explanation under oath.

an affidavit is a sworn statement of fact - written and signed by you and witnessed by the lawyer. You can choose your words, coz it is yours. because again, this is your application - not the lawyers. All you need is an authentic and active lawyer that will have his signature and stamp on it for a couple of hundred of pesos - in most cases they would'nt even review the paper. what happened now is that you have an affidavit from a girl that baboy`ed you for 3,000. this is not your affidavit - it just happen to have your name on it.

if you can PM me the letter from the embassy, maybe I can help you write a response for it (ill ask help from a friend of mine), at no charge. Yes, no charge... I already resigned and have less work to worry now. Please provide us with your bullet points or statements pertaining to your PDN work and the COE that you sent to the embassy. I suggest you do this today and let's have everyone here (whose worried on your case) put in some opinions and feedback on your statement - we are here to help you by heart and by prayers - right guys!??

What I suggest for you to respond to this are the following:

1. Notarized affidavit explaining that the COE is not fraud and a couple of statement regarding your PDN work and why you ended up having that COE.

2. Another appeal letter (not notarized) stating that you wish to provide additional documentation and evidence that the COE is not a fraud (don't mention this in your affidavit). mas powerful pa if you include a statement that you voluntarily submit yourself for an interview with a visa officer if deemed necessary.

3. enclose anything you can (that one that you've listed in your post)

You can do the letter between now till Sunday, look for a notarized public by Monday, go to church with your folder and pray, then go directly to DHL/FedEx and surrender your Canadian dreams and yourself to God. He is your lawyer!

ang sabi kasi baka daw malito sila na bat iba ung mailing address ng passport sa original address ko. But I think it has been a usual practice na some applicants would have a different passport mailing address d ba?

yan ang sinabi ko sa yo...remember? kaya wag ka padadala sa desperate moments mo..lalo ka lolokohin sa mga masamang loob taking advantage of your present situation..d bale, why not try the option given by charbonel? i heard about that agency..the Immigrant Visa Center and once i had the chance of watching their program on TV..i think ok cla...kc me immigrant lawyer talaga cla and i believe they already had an experience similar to yours...and don't watste your precious time trying to pass that affidavit na sabi mo walang kwenta...baka magsisi ka na naman ulit at worse baka ma lose mo pa ang chance to defend yourself...u still have more days na susulitin mo...kyle, remember, sa pagkakataon na to dapat hindi ka na magkamali...good luck kyle and God bless...

wag mo na iisisping makikipag away dahil sa affidavit na yan, it wont help...saka mo na cla balikan if ever matapos kana sa problemang ito...para ma express mo naman ang ill feeling mo sa kanila, pero ds tym, pls, pls,...wag muna yan...sulitin mo ang tym mo ngayon para sa main concerm mo...
regarding sa supporting docs mo na sinabi, i think ok yan pero give focus also on the affidavit that explains everything to clear their dooubts abiut your documents...again God bless...
