Same tayo ng problem, pero yung company ko na nagsara is andito sa Dubai. Ang gagawin ko ay gumawa ng explanation letter with my salary details, job description, length of stay. Meron ako previous letters from my company yun ang isasama ko as proof.

Hingi ka rin ng advice sa ibang seniors dito sa forum.

Senior's please naman po! sayang naman po kung magkakamali kami ng moves.

iba rin ang mailing address kung saan ko ipapadala/ipapabalik ang passport pero naka care-of at nilagay ko doon ang personal number ko just in case...LBC lang lahat kasama na yung paid delivery pabalik kaya malalaman ko kung pabalik na yung passport through the tracking number

ah ok..ang galing at least malalaman mo kung pabalik na.. kelan mo pla pinadala? ako kahapon lang.
nag fax nalang din ako and e-mail sa embassy explaining why i had a different address where i want my passport would be returned... yun kasi gusto ng consultancy.

tingin mo mga gano katagal before they would sent it back? and ano pla mga preparations na ginagawa mo while waiting? thanks nars! ;D

SO I HAVE UNTIL JULY 1, 2010

June 30 wala pa office hours kaya dapat by tuesday ready na ako...
Preseptor ako 6-2am sa monday, so I can do it in the afternoon...

eto po yung review ng friend ko: (daming mali sa affidavit na eto)

1. it failed to mention at the first part of the affidavit that you are an PR FSW1 applicant.
2. dapat sana may file number mo ng application mo.
3. you stated that you are a private nurse, you're not attesting that the certificate of employment that you've provided to them is authentic. you're making a statement. again, they are not questioning your skills. they're questioning the authenticity of the document that you've provided.
4. you're stating that there is no "no need to issue an employment contract". were you required ba by the VO to submit employment contract?
5. may typo yata... "current affiliation". are you still currently connected to this employer as a private nurse?
6. "as part of the documentary requirements" <--- ano ba toh... what is this?
7. item #4 is inconsistent.. "That I am executing this affidavit... " then it ends "it may serve her best".

The "I and her" in one statement refers to the same person?

I know you cannot concentrate on your class, sorry to hear that.

drop box mo nalang kyle, in a sealed brown envelope. do you have the bar coded stickers ba? (teka, baka faced out na yun?) ano bang AOR mo, snail mail?

what is your next move? you're burning up a lot of time looking for consultants/lawyers... technically you have till bukas to look for one, otherwise it will end up something like the affidavit that you have... rushed, pag gawa.

always remember that this is your application and you only have a couple of days left before the deadline.

The visa office is looking for an affidavit - this means a response letter. this is contrary to what we filipinos know that this must be written by the lawyer with their words, NO. We normally use a notarized affidavit as a legal basis - but in your case its not, the embassy just wants your explanation under oath.

an affidavit is a sworn statement of fact - written and signed by you and witnessed by the lawyer. You can choose your words, coz it is yours. because again, this is your application - not the lawyers. All you need is an authentic and active lawyer that will have his signature and stamp on it for a couple of hundred of pesos - in most cases they would'nt even review the paper. what happened now is that you have an affidavit from a girl that baboy`ed you for 3,000. this is not your affidavit - it just happen to have your name on it.

if you can PM me the letter from the embassy, maybe I can help you write a response for it (ill ask help from a friend of mine), at no charge. Yes, no charge... I already resigned and have less work to worry now. Please provide us with your bullet points or statements pertaining to your PDN work and the COE that you sent to the embassy. I suggest you do this today and let's have everyone here (whose worried on your case) put in some opinions and feedback on your statement - we are here to help you by heart and by prayers - right guys!??

What I suggest for you to respond to this are the following:

1. Notarized affidavit explaining that the COE is not fraud and a couple of statement regarding your PDN work and why you ended up having that COE.

2. Another appeal letter (not notarized) stating that you wish to provide additional documentation and evidence that the COE is not a fraud (don't mention this in your affidavit). mas powerful pa if you include a statement that you voluntarily submit yourself for an interview with a visa officer if deemed necessary.

3. enclose anything you can (that one that you've listed in your post)

You can do the letter between now till Sunday, look for a notarized public by Monday, go to church with your folder and pray, then go directly to DHL/FedEx and surrender your Canadian dreams and yourself to God. He is your lawyer!
