hi westpoint, ako i used an agency. However, should i know that this forum exists before i submitted my docs hindi ko na sila kinuha.. kayang-kaya kahit walang consultant. This forum gives everything you need to know. Very generous mga tao dito... and the best part, its all for free!

so true. if you're really decided then go for it again. check the rules in the cic site and see if your skill matches the 29 skill sets and validate if it still hasn't reached the cap. pag ok pa and pasado sa online assessment then go thru the process. if you'll start now then chances are your visa will be approved early next year. kaya mo yan westpoint.

in parallel, go after that crooked agency. ipa-refund mo yung binayad mo sa kanila in full.

thanks for the words of encouragement, i will. i just received an email from the agency asking me to give them until tomorrow for them to send to me the copies of waybill and their cio letter, i told them if i don't have it by tomorrow im pulling out and they should refund me everything, processing fee and pf. and the date should be december 2010 (the date they re-sent it)like what they had told me and not this month. "forgot" daw kasi by the owner to attach in the email, i'm beginning to LOVE this word "forgot" ;D

darn, why does it seem so hard to attach those copies? is it that really hard to do? as in way difficult from answering 10+10=??? all they have to do is scan it, attach and send = received. :

the beautiful name is rcong&associates, they have a website by that name. i checked out with cic if they are a member and their name was there though.

I just woder guys if anyone from you is under the agency named CWSS manila? Sa espana ang office nila. Un ang agency namin ngyon for applying in canada. I was referred by a relative. Kakilala daw. Hindi ko naman alam na may gantong site na tumutulong s mga gustong mg apply :'(

before ang name niya is loyan (i think the previous owner was Cecil rothenberg) and it's where my relative applied, so kumbaga tiwala talga ako kasi nga di iba saken un napa alis nila, after that it was renamed rcong and owned by ms ong. how i wished they had the nerve to update their clients ke nega pa siya or what.

Sorry for that kinakabahan tuloy ako baka magkaprobs din ako. May mga instabces din na nakakainis sila kasi ngkakaron ng miscommunications kasi un consultant is in canada based. So mga assistant lang nya ung nasa manila. Inabot ng 7mos halos bago na isend ung application namin sa CIO. Grabe!

Nabasa ko sa ibang threads na sa June or July 2011 na naman pwedeng mag-apply uli.
