. As in, when i heard the bad news parang sinabuyan ako ng malamig na tubig kc dun nkasalalay ang aking NOC, help! I'll share my story muna i worked as a staff nurse in a tertiary hospital in 2005 & the contract was 2 years, but i only completed 1 year and 1 month. However, before i left i asked for a COE that states up to present, all in all, my working experience is only 1 year and some weeks according to the COE as a staff nurse. I do have a contract also but as a probationary. But i do have another COE created and issued by the chief nurse in 2008. Now there was an issue with the very kind chief nurse, she can no longer issue me a COE and JD, since i cannot acquire it legally in HR. Plus the hospital advertised that she is no longer the signatory. Now i cannot produce a JD which is very essential, you think i can pass my first COE and contract then write an explanation letter why i cannot provide a COE? and how about my JD? Should it be newly acquired for the COE?? Can i also explained that i did not finish my contract?? They say nmn n 1 year experience and they did not mention about kung na terminate gnun. OMG pls help me, i have been thinking about this for weeks now, and i cant tell this yet to my husband, the only reason why we cant pass our application. Pls give me a very good lawyer who can help me with this, or at least help me with the letter. I am a clinical instructor since then, which I do hope will somehow saves me if my no.1 NOC fails.
