Mabuhay Kabayan!

I'm a foreign worker currently here in Canada, I have a question regarding my application for my permanent residency here in Canada. here`s my dilemma..

I arrived here in Canada last 2008 and work as a fast food attendant in one of the big chains here, in Manila, while applying for my working visa here, I gave them (canadian embassy) a certificate of employment from a previous restaurant job that I use to work to be able to be qualified for the position. I was lucky that I got the job but after 6 months from the job I was laid off because of the economic crisis, I was able to get another job but this time on a Pig Farm, having a backyard experience at home in slaughtering the owner immediately hired me and got me a new work permit as a butcher.

Now, I have already pass the initial interview conducted by the agriculture department and i gave them an employment certificate on my butchering experience back home.

I might be able to pass the nomination by the province but my dilemma is the conflict of my work experience from the initial as a food attendant and my work experience in butchery which is both overlapping. what will I do!!!

We expect to have e-cas status changed to "in process" next week.

Tatlo kami applicants -- kami mag-asawa at 3.5y.o. child. Plano namin sa Nationwide magpamedical, just in case...

1. Anu-ano po ba ang mga tests na ginagawa for adults and children of that age?
2. Magkano po current rate nila ngayon?
3. Gaano katagal after the date of the medical bago nila ipadala sa embassy ang results?

Salamat po ng marami. God bless.

thanks DGM, i will do the same...thanks po!

we used the tax declaration tapos pinagawan namin ng affidavit sa lawyer.

bale papagawa ka ng land valuation sa abogado, iaatach mo po yun tax declaration or whatever document na proves na yun yung lot nyo. ito plus bank cets ang naging POF namin. hidi po puro cash.

hi abilex.

medical exam for adults: xray, extraction of blood, urinalysis and physical exam. rate is Php,4,000/person. They will send the results to the embassy within 2-3weeks

for a child less than 5 yrs old( if i am not mistaken)- no xray, extraction of blood or urine. an x-ray is required for children under the age of 11 if medical history or clinical examination indicates there is evidence of turbercolosis in the family.. what is indicated in the letter is this:

- Large PA chest X-ray together with a radiologist's report for any person 11 yrs of age or older.
- Blood test (VDRL or similar test) for all applicants 5 yrs of age or older.
- A Urinalysis (sugar, protein, blood) for all applicants 5 yrs of age or older.
- HIV test for any person 15 yrs of age or older, children who have received blood or blood products, or have a known HIV mother, and all potential adoptees.

I am not sure though of the rates for children/child.. mas mura siguro...

Good luck!

Wow. 449 Pages and still counting!

I've been reading this thread since last month and I've finally decided to register to be able to post some replies here. Anyways, I've noticed na since FSW page ito for Filipinos, madaming FSW applicants pero kakaunti ang information about QSW and on how to obtain a CSQ (kasi dadaan pa din naman sa FSW kahit may CSQ na). Gusto ko lang po malaman kung may mga active members ba dito na willing mag-relate ng experience nila in obtaining a CSQ. Kung meron man po I would like to know if kung na-interview ka na para sa CSQ at meron ka na nito, tatawagin ka pa din ba para sa interview for FSW? Also, required ba ang income tax return mo na ipakita sa CSQ application o sa FSW na?

Merci beaucoup!

hello po sa lahat...

magtatanong lang po ulit ako... reagarding sa employment certificate. yung company po kasi ng partner ko, di nagbibigay ng employment certificate unless you are already resigned, nagbibigay lang sila ng proof na you are employed by the said company pero di po cya detailed employment certificate. pwede na po ba kaya yung proof na yun, tas gawa na lang ng explanation letter? me employment contract naman cya, kaso di nakaspecify yung job details nung position nya, pwede rin po bang mag-attach na lang ulit ng expalanation letter, stating yung job details nya?

we are still in the process of collating required documents, nakakalito kasi yung ibang mga requirements.

thanks! goodluck po sa lahat! :D

Is your husband the principal?.. Kung sya ang principal you need a detailed job description and hours work per year para ma verify ng VO, pwede ka naman pagawa ng reference letter sa immediate supervisor; not necessarily sa HR basta my business card attached... pero kung hindi sya principal explanation letter will do and COE plus payslips and ID.

Yes sir... He is the principal applicant. Ang binibigay lang daw kasi sa kanila, yung proof na connected cya sa kompanya nila. Meron cyang employment contract, kaso ang nakalagay lang don is yung position nya... walang detailed job description.
