Hello po sa lahat...
My first time here in the forum.Recently, I've received my aor pa lang and trying to prepare documents for submission. Tanong ko lang if how did you submit your photos, was it in separate envelopes for each person or in 1 envelope only?

my agent was the one who pack our docs.based on what i witnessed may small brown envelops sila na hawak na kasya lang ang pictures.one for each member of the family.when the embassy returned our docs, nakalagay pa rin yung pics kasi labis daw yung sinubmit namin....sensya ka na kasi nagrely lang ako sa agent,bigay lang ako ng bigay...goodluck!

MERON AKO NEWS. i don't know if i should be happy or not, the canadian embassy just called me a few minutes ago, and they are scheduling us for an interview this july 26 at the embassy. my situation is, we are applying as a common-law with my girlfriend... my concerns are:


1. where is canadian embassy? im from cebu so i presume its in manila but where exactly?
2. what could be the reason why we will be undergoing an interview?
3. what could be possible questions during the interview?
4. should we carry more documents? or whatsoever?

please help... in nervous and anxious about this

baka po they are just trying to verify your relationship as common-law partners, i've read somwhere na careful daw po visa officers sa CL union kasi baka gawa-gawa lng to accumulate points and meet or exceed the passmark and then separate lives pagdating sa canada, which, i believe, in your case is not. or maybe, baka my other info sila na gsto ma verify sa inyo. let's seek the opinion of CLP forumers.

possible questions? may kilala po ako who applied thru an agency and they were given a list of possible questions during interview. basically, about life, work in canada and why you want to live there. i just dont know kng meron din ang ibang forumers natin d2 who engaged teh services of consultants.

well, i will try to coordinate with my agent nalang since nasa agency naman kami... naka book na rin ako ticket pa uwi from manila ang papunta doon hindi pa kasi wait ako for feedback baka i orient kami ng taga agency doon... thank you very much for your support guys.. really appreciate it... this coming weeks i will spend most of the time studying for the preparation of the interview... para naman consistent and everything. hehehe im reading on some threads as well na may preparing for an interview and ano mga possible questions... anyway, im nervous not because gawa-gawa lang common law namin.. nervous lang ako kasi of course big time plan ko na to and we would want it to go smoothly and surely. ^_^

Canadian Embassy is in Makati.. RCBC building.. Along ayala avenue.. But i must warn you na sa Ayala may Loading and unloading area.. so pag bumaba kayo sa unloading area, kailangan nyo pa mag-underpass ng 2 bago makarating ng RCBC.. Unless mag-taxi kayo then sa RCBC building mismo kayo bababa.

For those asking about the luggage..

Each passenger is allowed 2 check-in of 50 lbs each and 2 carry-on not exceeding 10 lbs.. Pero pwede yun mag-exceed wag nyo lang pahalata pag nag-check in kayo.. Sa JAL pumayag sila na umabot ng 20 lbs yung carry-on luggage.. So before kayo umalis tawagan nyo yung airlines to ask..

ma ask din kita ha, kasi kakasubmit ko lng full dox ko last july 1, how long did you receive your 2nd aor? e-mail or snail mail?
