JUST THIS MORNING I RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING THE LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT I SUBMITTED IS FRAUD...
THEY ARE ASKING FOR AN AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION THAT I NEED TO COMPLY 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE LETTER...
LETTER'S DATE IS MAY 30, 2010... MEANING I ONLY HAVE THIS WEEK TO SUBMIT A LETTER...

WHAT WILL I DO? PLEASE HELP ME HERE...

BY THE WAY, I HAVE BEEN A STAFF NURSE FOR 11MONTHS IN A REPUTABLE HOSPITAL HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES...
TO COMPLETE AND SATISFY THE 1 YEAR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, I DECLARED THAT I HAVE BEEN A PART TIME
"PRIVATE DUTY NURSE"... I ASKED FOR A CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT TO MY EMPLOYER...
BUT MY VISA OFFICER WON'T ACCEPT IT AS REAL... EVERYTHING IS AUTHENTIC AND TRUE...

HOW WILL I EXPLAIN THIS?

ARE THERE ANYONE HERE WHO HAS THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS MINE?
DO I STILL DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE AFTER EXPLAINING TO THEM?

PLEASE HELP ME...
IM IN A TOTAL DISASTER!

hanggang NOVEMBER 2009 lang ang dineclare ko na work as a private duty nurse...
tapos NOV ONWARDS... sabi ko im studying na sa MASTERAL...

pero actually employed parin ako DECEMBER 2009 - JUNE 2010... sa industrial clinic...
recently i was hired... as a CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR...
the two recent jobs,,,di ko na dineclare noon kasi ma processo pa, hoping na enough na yung hospital exp ko and
as a private duty nurse...

may pag - asa pa po kaya to?

saan pwede pagawa ng affidavit?

this is so unfortunate... could this be the reason why you had to wait so long and only to find out they had to send you that letter? im so sorry to hear this... but i think the best thing you could do is really tell them the truth, present to them all sorts of evidences, claims, and even affidavits just so that you will be able to provide the proof documents.

my heart goes for you...pero hindi ko rin alam paano e solve yan...since madalian na yan, baka gusto mo mag agent na...baka me kasamahan natin d2 sa forum na e ma recommend sa iyo na best and right agent...yung mismo ginamit nila na wala siang regrets kc ako sa agent ko frustrated ako..sayang lang ang pera...

sa mga forumers dito na me maitulong kay kyl pls sagutin nyo na....

talking about pag asa, the idea na binigyan ka ng time to reason out that is a good sign na me pag asa ka kc kung wala na, sinauli na sana lahat momg docs, me nakilala ako na ganoon, sinauli na lahat docs nya kaya ikaw me pag asa pa yan..hope for the best and do your best too...

yung 4 long months talaga na yun, nagbigay sakin ng sobrang kutob na maybe there's something going wrong na talaga...
i never thought na sasabihin nilang fraud yun, to think na nabigay ko na lahat ng pwede kong ibigay...

lahat po payslip,company id, contract, cert of employment, ITR from the hospital are all there...

sa pagiging private duty nurse ko naman po... wala nman ako ID dun, wala rin payslip... wala rin contract...

only CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT... kasi po part-time lang ako dun. all staff from the hospital have the priveldge to work as a private nurse... matagal ko rin inalagaan yung patient. even when i resigned sa hospital... nung full documents, wala po ako binigay na affidavit kung bakit kulang doc ko as a private nurse. pero clueless why they are sayin na fraud yun. help po...

my partner has declared a private duty nurse as well.. but in her certificate of emplyment ang letterhead dun is the name of the employer maybe the father of the patient or parang ganun lang... anyway, don't overstress yourself lang... hindi pa naman end na sa application mo eh.. bear in mind, na they informed you of something they suspect is fraud. you still have the chance to prove them wrong. contra mo lang ngayon ang oras...
