hi there i just need a help pls.were here in canada and already a resident for almost 7yrs,i just wanted to ask if what is the best solution for seperation here?what i meant is i dont want to love with my husband anymore but i have two minor kids.can i take them with me if i chose to live seperately?will the goct of canada oblique my hisband to support my kids?and what if he doesnt want to cooperate?thank in advance

Yes if you get a divorce there should be both a financial and custody order. Usually it is based on income and also based on custody and visitation. All depends on the situation. Most support orders will not cover all expenses but a portion of expenses.
