Well guyz I think I should prepare myself for the bad news. Till date fee has not been charged and it is scary. Although I wonder what could be the reason. I didn't left any blanks in my application. May be its the list of duties although I spent lot of time in carefully preparing that.

why can't u sit back and give CIC at least 60 to 70 days to respond. There are many who applied in Sept and haven't heard as yet. Don't put yourself in complexities with assumptions.

Yeah. may be u r right. I just saw one person getting AOR with 14 september file and got worried. Its not that I have given up on my app. just that I shud be ready for good as well as bad news.

hello everyone- applied for police clearance through indian embassy, they said it will take one month. in the meanwhile preparing for IELTS. transcripts from universities are difficult to get, i hope you guys are preparing in advance, i started only afetr aor and now i am worried if everything will reach us in time. anyone who got transcripts from pune university through mai?

I am bit woried now.... my application received on 11th sept 2009, cash not drawn yet from my credit card.. Its been 60 days until now. Is there any one else who's file received on 11th still have not got AOR... Thank you

don't worry guyz. I m on same boat as you are. I think there is a specific delay for applicants who choose to pay by credit card. May be their credit card charging system is not up yet.

Hi all,

I have also filed in Sept, 2009 and am waiting for AOR from CIC,NS. My appn. details are are in signature.

Also, I failed to mail 'Fee Payment Form' IMM 5620 with initial application which I sent separately (in previous week) and is received at CIC, NS on 10th Nov. I have read posts by many members who like me couldn't send IMM 5620 - which was newly introduced at that time (i.e. on 9th Sep.).
I am wondering if any of those member/s who have separately sent 'IMM 5620' and have received AOR?? It will be helpful if you can share your experience on the same!

I sent my application in 1st of September and no AOR till today

Do I have to write to them?

Or I have to wait?

Because I took the IELTS test last December and according to the new timing I need to take the test again.

Any suggestions?

I submitted my application sept 24 and still haven't heard from them. Like you, i wasn't able to include the new payment form.

My consultant told me just to wait for their reply, so i haven't submitted the payment form yet. i'm hoping they would still consider my application even without iMM 5620...

Anybody who also failed to submit this form and already received their AOR???
