File Xfer to ND CHC for April\May\June 2010

I am new to this forum but have been checking updates from you all quite frequently. I


Today i got upadte in my status . It has changed to IN PROCESS from RBVO after a long wait.....inside info is same as earlier one that appear in RBVO.................wait continues..............

Guys is there any possibility according to you that the agents of CHC ND will visit your workplace to verify your work? I haven't heard anything like this before. Members please share their views about work experience verification process of CHC ND. Do they have some agents who visit the workplaces? I haven't heard even about verification calls from anyone.........Share ur views

yes they do some times can visit your workplace it is very very rare though

Verification calls I heard but visiting workplace, I dunno. Lot of offices have rules regarding visit, for eg in my office I cannot have visitors unless he is some vendor.

Hi Everybody ! I got my Ecas changed to IN PROCESS yesterday but details are same as for RBVO ! I am in a fix-whether this is really in process or not......please advise !

if the details r the same as RBVO, then the actual processing has not yet started. however if your e-cas shows the line " we reviewed your application and started processing on so and so date, then they have started processing your case, and you would get MEDICAL REQUEST LETTER very soon.

I will beg to differ / disagree on the technical explaination given above. For immigration systems, loss of data will trigger panic. When status changes, there will be lead / lag time during which some other processing will be happening in the background. Once the status is updated appropriately, the required data will be shown.

Being in the IT sector for 18 years, I have not come across systems where data loss occurs. If it does, there are always backup and fail-over systems in place so that processing is not stopped.
