I reviewed all 18 pages of this thread and recompiled the list with the current status. However some details are missing for some members as those have not been provided in the thread. Good to see a lot of progress on this thread. If anyone has been missed out or any discrepancy, please add it as a reply rather than modifying the table directly. I will maintain the updates perodically.

I sent my documents to NDVO on 24-07-2010 & 2nd AOR received on 27-07-2010 (not 27-08-2010).

When can I expect change in my status to "In Process"? Will it happen by end of March 2011? Any idea? I am worried for my daughter's schooling.

Thanx jassi. But why you think that it should happen before Mar'11 end? I think currently they are processing cases having file Xfr of Mar'10 & Apr'10.

I don't think ND CHC is following transfer date now, I saw one case of May 2010 getting the medical request. My file transfer date is 8-Jun-2010 but I am not sure when will I get the Medial request. My status is 'In process' from 25 Jan 2011 ( same as RBVO inside).

They are currently sending medical request for March file transfer. It will be long time before we will get visa.
How old are your kids?? If they are already going to school than you need to get them enrolled for next year and if not enrolled(in case of younger kids) than get them admission in kinder garten.

I think we need to send a case specific querry to CHC ND as to why our status are showing in process but the date is not mentioned.
On another note all those applicants who completed 8 months since 2nd AOR should send case specific inquiry as to when will they receive medical request.

@ Manu123 i am also having same timelines like you but my ecas status shows RBVO. However from last two weeks my second status of my previous file has been taken off. hope they have started working on our files. regards

My status also got changed to In Process ( inside remains RBVO ) on 1st Feb 2011 . My File xfer is 8th JUne 2010

Lets hope the things will become clear in march 2011.

I think change status to In Process without add description is new rule in VOs! after another time, it will be added or send an email for interview or interview call like "dreames"!!!!
interview call is new rule too, isn't it?

My file transfer date is June-1-2010, yet my status shows as RBVO? Very confusing? :-\
