Btw its good to see some engineering/technical person on forum. Did you get your credentials evaluated or gave any licencing exams???

I just had a word with my consulting agency and they informed me that the processing is based on transfer date. Currently files/cases transfered in March 2010 are being processed by CHC ND. So based on this information I don't think I will see any movement of my file till July 2011...This sucks...

I have asked him to send a case specific inquiry to CHC ND. I will post the reply once received.

I agree...also as per their website, they will not respond if the processing is within their timeframes. So if there is no reply that means, we are within the processing time-limits.. ??? :
