I am hoping so too...However, as I am seeing, all appliicants in NOC 0213 being processed are from Feb/March submissions...so don't hope to hear anything for another 2-3 months. : :-\ :'(

Hey Can,

I was hoping that I would have completed the process by Dec itself...But due to the unfortunate delay, you are correct in saying that only GOD knows how CHC works..

Being Indian, if only we knew which GOD is controlling the CHC, we could have tried to bribe that GOD to make our files move faster... 8)

best of luck ....nobody body knows on what basic CHC ND is assessing the application. Its about 10months for me...rbvo....still how long they can take??

By the way no trend analysis will work in case of CHC ND processing

Does it say some thing like " We have started processing your application on xxxxxx date?

Still confusion

No one knows that whats happening with ECASE ? Becoz those who got IN Process status with same RBVO deatils. May be these are ERROR or may be not.

Status showing IN Process but without date, may be situation will be clear before 15th march 2011.
