File transferred form Buffalo to Los Angeles, good or bad?

i got jealous of people who applied after me and got PPR this week (from other threads), so I sent a case specific enquiry to LA to follow up and they replied with a PPR!

It is said that Detroit is the fastest one.

file got transferred to Los Angeles on October 26 "to expedite processing" as the email says.

i hear a transfer to NY consulate is not so good a news and transfer to Detroit is a reason to be happy since they are fast.

how about Los Angeles, any feedback?

I told them I was having trouble accessing e-cas and because of this I am asking them for an update on my application for PR. They replied with the PPR a few hours after.
Maybe it will be your turn next week.

dont ask them if you can sent he passport. it is like telling them how to do their job. just send them an email asking them about your case status like ruby did.

Before you do any posts, why not just complete your profile so that we can take a look at your timeline. That would be helpful for both you and us.

looks like both of you got email when they transfered the file to LA, how come i didnt get anything, the only way i found out my file was transfered is check the e-case... is that mean i may miss their email to get PPR??? any advice? Thanks

We have submitted out docs for PR in Buffalo then got an email from them saying that out docs were sent to LA to expidite our application. We are under PNP and we have done our medicals and was submitted back in august. Although in ecas its still saying in process. I wonder is this normal?

Why don't you send an email to LA consulate asking them on your status? All those who did that got a PPR email in response.

In the email we were told not to contact the office to inquire about the status of the application within 90 days from the date of the email. I guess we'll just wait and see.
