i hope they don't. we don't have a US visa, the only reason why our application was processed in buffalo was because my husband is already in Canada on a work permit.

it takes time to get a US visitor visa and it's hard to get approval since we hold a Philippine passport.

iam alberta PNP; do you think they will call for interview(LA office) ?? Buffalo already request medical test and result already received by buffalo office.

don't worry, if they don't communicate with you via email they will certainly do it via snail mail/postal mail. it may take a little longer but you'll get it for sure when the time comes.

looks like both of you got email when they transfered the file to LA, how come i didnt get anything, the only way i found out my file was transfered is check the e-case... is that mean i may miss their email to get PPR??? any advice? Thanks :)

no update with e-cas, it's been 4 weeks since the transfer.

i thought file transfer is supposed to expedite processing of our application, what a joke!

sent a case specific enquiry this morning, LA said my application is under review. they have my payment for RPRF and not to contact their office while our case is under review ;D they highlighted that last part using bold letters ;D

I am under SINP and my file is still holding in Bafflo now. but I heard all my province applications will tranfer to Los Angeles from Bafflo since last past few year. My friend , she send her File at the end of Aug.2009 and got her medical requirement in Jan 2010 also received a letter says her file been transfered to Los Angeles , and she got the passport requirement after about one and half month. so I guess in her case it wasn't a bad new to tranfer to Los Angeles.

if it's only 1 and a half months, then i only have to wait two more weeks...wow, i hope that timeline is still true until now.

thanks for giving me a bit of hope :D We're under SINP too, last week 10cm of snow. I'm from a tropical country, so it's going to be from a +26C to a -30C if I land in December or January.
