For some reason I have two entries fo file being transfered to NY

•We transferred your application to the New York office on October 19, 2009. The New York office may contact you.
•We transferred your application to the New York office on May 17, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

what does this mean when already file is transferred

If you're talking about the 2 entries I have for file transfer, I believe it's because I sent the RCMP stuff through a fingerprint agency at Islington station, and the lawyer sent everything else. Maybe the dates were different, however it didn't affect my process, or at least I think it didn't.

Yarla7bh Just recived medical, his file was transfered to NY on Aug 4 and also Spur230 file was transfered on Aug 4 too and both medical for dated oct 26,2010 but where is mine medical??????????? My file also transfered on Aug4

Hi Folks,
Good to see some getting their medicals.. However, I could see FSW3 and 2 category people are not getting medicals since from April 2010 (File transfer to NY office date). I ordered CAIPS notes month a go, and i received it last week. from the notes I understood that after moving to NYoffice, RCMP name verification was done and later changed to InProcess. The file was sechuled to bring forward on Sept 24th.
I guess Dsing007 will be first to get medicals in FSW 3 category. Dsing007 could please update your curent status. Onceagain all the best for those who got medicals and keep updating. Thank you all for keeping this post live.

what's your location? it could take upto 7-10 business days for the cheap brown letter to be delivered. It took 1 day in my case coz I'm living in the city, just 20 blocks away from "Avenue of the Americas"

You can do quick search on the thread and compile the list for yourself. NYVO has reach its cap and probably won't give any more PPR until next calendar year. In that case, all comparisons are invalid

Again, going back to 3-4 pages and you will see there are few applicant who had received the PPR and later received a "sorry letter" from NYVO for sending PPR mistakenly. Based on other seniors' experience, aach VO has its own cap, but we don't know how many PPR each VO gives out each year. There is no "official" source of information on this issue. If you're interested, you can share with us what you know then.
