I got Ready For Visa Letter today, I hope it is the same as PPR, isn't it ?

Yes, it is the PPR, because they ask you to send your PP in the email.

They only ask for my pp and 2 photos. But I know some ppl have to send Bio-data

And that seems to comfirmed the trend , Ottawa is dealing with November december 2012 Applicants. I guess the first quater 2013 applicants can hope to see some movement from next month!

Indeed he filed on October 2012, but CIC deemed your application complete and ready for review on: AOR Received.: 12-12-2012.
The AOR date is the one that matter as far as ICC is concerned. I might be wrong!

Today I got "Ready For Visa Letter" today and eCAS is changed to "Decision Made".

My online status remains Application Received even after passport request.

PCC requested again: Aug 20, 2013; One which I sent last year expired
PCC Sent : Sept 25, 2013

VISA ISSUED...: waiting
