I will suggest to send an email to cpp-o and write them that your medical is going to expire soon (Jan 2014). that what I have done and soon after my status was In Process.

almost 3 weeks since went in process, no update here!!

I am from Montreala nd have applied to PR thru QSW class. It shows 20 Months after CSQ. IS it really 20 months!!
I got shocked

I have applied on 31st august 2012 still no ppr. its random nobody can say the exact time..

It seems to be very slow for QSW applicants these days. Have they forgotten about us?? My file has been In process since June 11th, 2012. Eligibility, Medicals and Criminality Passed since June 11. Security was updated by the same VO that updated my criminality and Eligibility, but the status, updated date and the validity date are all blank. On every page where I have security, it is always written S.21 at the top right corner. I am really confused , I don't know if my Security is Passed or not.

It went in process on June 11, 2013 and not June 11, 2012. Are you in Canada applicant? I have seen a lot of February 2013 applicants getting their DM or PPR during last few days. So you should be hopeful.

I am in Canada Applicant and resides in Montreal. I completed my Masters at McGill University and also currently Working.
