I didn't send any report rather I saw this in the GCMS notes.

Mine is in similar situation. Apparently, on August 28, my file is in process with sydney as their internal email indicate. I guess medical exam is sent by sydney...

But on sept 3, when my file change to in process, i received an email asking for rprf. It was sent by CIO but signed by CPP-O.... i'm confused.

I have been following other topic. Seem like they are really behind their promise on "done by the end of the summer". But I think those files and ours are process independently. Cross finger and hope i guess

I hope that they are working independently on our files.

Any idea that up to which date/month have they issued PPR? Are they still working on 2012 applicants or have they started giving it to 2013 applicants. (I am precisely asking about QSW applicants and not other PNP applicants).

I saw ppl apply on june 2012 (from quebec got visa in Nov 2012). Note that buffalo closed in may.
As for this forum, feb application starts to receive PPR (in process in June). Some apply in Dec and Jan got Visa stamped already so i think they work independently as some before jun 2012 applications still dont have PPR.

Your file is in Ottawa for processing. It will be reviewed by one of our officers, with priority given to applications that were received at CIC before 28 February 2012.

Medical results:
We have requested for an extension on the validity of your medical results. This request has been approved and the validity of your results prolonged.

Case status:
Thank you for acknowledging payment of your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). The fees have been allocated to your application.
An officer will be in contact with you in due course. In the meantime, we would ask for your patience and for you not to send follow-up requests for status to our office.


When should I contact CIC?

You must notify Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) of any changes to your application such as:

· Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, death of a family member, a marriage or a divorce;

· Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number);

· Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual;

· Decision to withdraw your application.


You have the option to withdraw your application at any point in the process. You will be refunded the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) if already paid.
