Hi Experts and Friends,

I will be applying Canada PR in FSW program this month and i am a SINGLE PARENT of a 4yr old baby girl. I got divorced in 2012 and after which i travelled to the U.K for my MBA with my daughter as my dependent. Now my concern is that DO I NEED TO ATTACH THE DECLARATION OF NON ACCOMPANING PARENT FOR MY DAUGHTER OR NOT ?? AS HE IS UNTRACEABLE. WE ARE TOTALLY IN NO TOUCH SINCE AFTER THE DIVORCE And he is not given ANY child's expenses/education expenses till date since 2012.

BIG CONFUSION.
1- HE IS NOT HER PARENT ANYMORE. DO I NEED TO ATTACH ANY OF HIS DOCUMENT AS A NON ACCOMPANING PARENT?
2- IF YES, I DO NOT HAVE ANY SUCH HIS ID PROOFS. WHAT SHALL I DO IN THAT CASE?
3- IF I NOTARISED A LETTER FROM THE COURT FOR THE SAME , WILL THAT SUFFICE MY APPLICATION?


PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... HELP ME FRIENDS WITH USEFUL ADVICES AND DOCUMENT FORMATS IF NEEDED.

i my opinion u may show the lost report/fir report with ur application.and can show divorced status

New lawyer has been appointed and Tim payed for the same already. I feel that he is genuine and reliable.

Don't forget that Tim can't represent his clients as he is suspended, so if the cases are transferred to another lawyer, unless Tim pays that lawyer, you are going to be asked for money.

As per NOC's list we have three sub categories for software field.

2172 - Database analysts and data administrators (DBA)
2173 - Software engineers and designers
2174 - Computer programmers and interactive media developers

Till date, the cap count for 2173 and 2174 are almost done(nearly reaching 1000),

but for the NOC 2172 accepted applications cap count is less than 100.

I am planning to apply for NOC 2172. So I want to confirm whether there is any reason behind this.

Kindly let me know if any tricky part behind the 2172(DBA) NOC, like CIC rejecting these category of applications for any kind of reasons?

please just a question on judicial review i am making an application can someone please post a sample of the IR-1 i know the respondent is THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION but what address should i give for the respondent as the visa office that handle my application is the london office, things like the name of tribunal address and phone no. and is tribunal file no. the same as application file no. please help just a sample thanks

BTW Who told you cap reached to 1000? As per last update on cic.gc.ca... Its still showing 345 and 240 for both the CAP..

I am from Tim's group applied in 2007 and recieved refund. I've recieved news from Tim about this new lawey and didn't know what to do. Googled and found this group. Anyone has similar status? Can help me
I have 2 questions:

1- are we included in action class group and whatever decision for them will be applicable for us?
2- if I want to quite with Tim and don't go with new lawer how can I get refund, any one did the same?

No PER recieved as I can c 26june people received PR.......

What should it indicate......second I have maintained my email I'd and also hire consultant which have attached Representative form,......,..so PER mail will be sent to me or consultant or both of us

As me & my hubby applied for PR under FSW in May,2014. We also submitted our medicals on 23rd sept. We are waiting for passport call. My huuby selected one of the premier B-School in Canada, his classes will start in January, 2015. My queries are:-

1) Should we wait for PR or he should apply for student visa ?
2) If he apply for student visa, should we inform to high commission ?
3) Should we request to high commission for early process ?
4) Will it any impact on our PR ?
5) How much maximum time it will take for passport call ?

Please share if any one got medical calls and waiting for PR.

1) Should we wait for PR or he should apply for student visa ? - you will not get PR by January 2015.
2) If he apply for student visa, should we inform to high commission ? - Do not you apply for SP to High Commission? Anyways CIC will know about both applications.
3) Should we request to high commission for early process ? - It does not make sense because they do not care.
4) Will it any impact on our PR ?No. But you need to convince CIC that you will not overstay in Canada waiting for PR.
5) How much maximum time it will take for passport call ? - Nobody knows.
