what is the latest situation on the backloggers who are IN PROCESS

My file currently shows an error message but as yet I have not been contacted with regards to a refund. Current CAIPS shows a PSDEC = 4 on 21-12-2012 (assume this is a termination code) with a BF'D of 23-12-2014 (not sure if this relates to the refund date or not?). The file has also been send to PA (storage?). Fingers crossed for anybody who still has an application which is being processed

contact caips.ca , send 35$ through PayPal. sign a individual consent disclosure form IMM5475.

You should get your Caips notes in 4-6 weeks time.

what is the latest situation on the backloggers who are IN PROCESS

My e-case still show in process. I had applied on December 2006 and they started processing on 19 December 2006. In 2010 I have submitted all required documents with landing fee. Don't know what will be the result.

One 2006 Bangladeshi applicant passed away last evening due to massive heart attack. He was not a forum member.

Needless to say, long processing time was one of the reasons. He is survived by his widow and a son of 18 months old.

Dont worry my status has been "Blank" for sometime now.. there are many who's login show's "Error" even now.. as of now both these cases i know has not got refunded.. apart from one in the forum said he got a refund- "error page"
