Plz let me know how many cases with 'In Process' out of Pre Feb. 2008 will be processed as declared by Kenny earlier to be affected by the change in Canadian Budget 2012??

Very few.. Mostly were rejected..

This is just for prediction to realize the present situation of us, those who are still in process. Is there any indication to stop DM before medical for pre Feb 2008 applicants? Within February 2013, anyone got DM (pre Feb 2008)?

Sorry brother, I couldnt find any such year wise inventory.

It is showing total pre feb backlog 10422 as on 31 st dec,2012. which is left after mass rejection due to bill c-38.

I am no expert but What i understand from data is

Total pre feb backlog in 2011 was 302365

and now they are left with 10422

it means 291,943 are rejected applicants.

looks like what u saying is correct.. but somewhere they aint refunding all the applicants.. what i got to know from few others were that if your status has an error ( as of now) can expect a refund... but those are just assumptions

Very few.. Mostly were rejected..

I applied in September 2006
Sent full package and landing fee
PSDEC 1 as per CAIPS I got in March 2012
Status shows In Process

what can be my position? please advise.
