My eCas says "Application Received" when I click on it, it explains that I have applied on Nov 19, 2007 and file received on Jan 14, 2008.

No "In Process" or no "Decision Made"

pranx125,
I want to tell you one important thing.
All, pre feb cases are reviewed in their order of acceptence.
All july 2004 AOR cases in delhi are in process. If that means those cases are not affected by termination then your friends DM can be due to other reasons like lack of proper documents . I am 90 % sure that your friends case was refused after processing (If I am right in assuming that up to july 2004 cases are not affected by termination).
If that is the case ask your friend to contact W***s to send reconsideration letter without wasting much time. They will reopen the case.I think there is 60 day period for appealing a refusal. Wish your friend good,

Just wondering two of our very active members are absent for quite long. For them is the litigation is over ? Or they were removed from the forum ?

I would like to ask if there is still a chance to those applications to be processed even if they don't join any litigation group? Thank you. :)

Yes, there is a chance as the Justice will rule only of section 87.4 in the hearing of 14 to 16 January and may applicable to all pre-2008 effected applicants. However, there is posibility that the justice will rule that applicable to litigants only.

I am following all posts but since there is noting new to add, I do not write now as often
