hi we subnited our medicals 24july2012to delhi vo.now i am getting changed mailing adress on internet before that it was showing the adress of agent's canada's office now there is a adress of agent's india's office.r they processing our case?

Are you even aware of what forum you're posting in? Or do you just blindly click on things and then start typing?

Now CIC is in hurry as the year end to make most of the cases status form "In Process" to "Decision Made" just to show in their results that we have achieved and process targets. As I found in other forums that so many applicants still waiting for MR or PPR1 etc. but their status changed very recently to "Decision Made". Very smart CIC, well done, specially in the last week of December they are working day and night during their holidays :o just to make figures positive and again mislead the public and departments. In reality rest of the year equal to last week of December. Proud of it.

hello warmest! hope you are doing fine. christmas is now past us and we are looking to the new year with hopes. hope that our litigation would gain for positive outcome. by the way, are you with tim leahy's group? he sent notice to the Federal Court Registry that he is withdrawing our litigation unless a mandamus is made essential part of case outcome. what do you think of this?

hope you are doing okay.

sam

Hi Sam, I am fine and hope you are also doing fine. I am positive about Tim Leahy's litigation and I hope we will be able to reach Canada in 2013.

Hi, The processing is on and it will soon be 3 years since I applied. I am waiting for MR, due to the quota issues, it has slowed down.
To be very honest,I am not too worried about the outcome, but just a bit curious.
When I applied I was aware of the fact that chances were 50-50 , just like the numerous job applications we send. Just because we are suitable or eligible for a job, we don't always get it when we apply ( not even interview),. they have to deem us eligible and suitable..

I always kept track of the processing times and these put me off, seeing 7+ years , I did not want to apply. But when MI were anounced my brother and sister ( both Canadians, in Canada for 12+ years ), prompted me to apply and I did ! (But still the wait..grr! lol)

I am very much happy with the job I have , my wife works too. Very happy with the pay, savings, investments etc. I was denied US visa twice to meet my family/holiday and once for H1, I am hoping this would be a backdoor for me after a few years under NAFTA. Another reason Why I applied !

Thanks maran1976 for being very honest in your reply. Nice to know that you are very much happy with what you have at present. By the way, are you a part of any litigation against CIC?

Hi,Iam not part of any litigation. But I am following this because, the result of this can impact my application processing time further !
Just keeping a tab on whats happening, that's all.

I also feel, a positive decision for the litigants, may postpone the May 2013 plans of kenny as he wouldn't want another backlog litigation from us MI-1 , ha ha

dear warmest: I am inspired by your optimism to reach Canada. At times I am sad, other times I am upbeat. But we keep the hope. If and when we are able to reach Canada, by God's grace, I hope we continue the friendships we are able to develop in this forum. Happy new year to you and your family.

Hi Wonderful,

You are absolutely spot on. Since yesterday my status had been changed from "In process" to" Decision Made". Is CIC trying to prove that instead they kept files for years to process at least they made certain progression within their limitation.!!! "Decision made" is a very catchy term. It has 03 parts within. Guess, we will be fallen to the part that says " either an application can be approved or rejected" . Vastly I believe, CIC will reject applications as much so in court they can have lesser litigants to fight with. CIC believes to have an extra edge by doing this on the scheduled date at court.

It is simple if an applicant is rejected by regular method, he or she might lose the competency to be the part of lawsuit cause the rejection is not made under the new retroactive law. So chances are getting thinner for an applicant like me although I am part of the present litigation.

However , if you understand the tricky part of CIC otherwise, can you share that ?? I still wanna keep my hope high.

Regards
Benediction.

Hi, Benidiction:

I have asked this from my lawyer, however, she is on vacation, so lets wait and watch, actually this recent change in status as I said applied to most of the cases including M1, M2, etc. so the tricky part is just to make figures positive by the end of year nothing more.
