Please do not give Tuyen or his sort the benefit of a reply in the future. He is giving Canadians a bad reputation.
By whose measure? Yours? :
So if anybody has an opinion or view which doesn't match your own, it makes them a bad person and means they're giving Canada a bad reputation? In that case, guess what - there are MILLIONS of people right here in Canada who would fit that profile, because the old ways of doing immigration were absurd, and an overhaul was LONG overdue. If you think I'M the only one who feels this way, then you fit in perfectly in this thread, because you're among many other delusional people.

This forum is to help people who have the intention to immigrate, not to put them down.
Actually, this forum is to discuss the class action lawsuit, which is what I've been doing. That's why it's called the "Federal Skilled Workers Class Action Lawsuit". Or did you require a more elaborate hint or some sort?

It is sad when some persons decide to use a forum built in true Canadian spirit to denigrate others.
I've denigrated no one. However, when someone acts like a royal ass towards me, guess what - they better be prepared for some reciprocity.

Pre-2008 applicants showed great faith in the Canadian system by waiting in line, they have shown further belief in the system by challenging it in the canadian justice system.
Awesome.
I just hope they continue to show the same belief in the system after they lose their case.

Rather than emotionally terrorize the applicants, it would have been better to at least let them confront this issue with their self respect intact.
Once again, I'll ask the same question: if somebody doesn't share YOUR specific views, that makes them a bad person? If I don't agree with you (or the scores of other lawsuit participants), that means I'm emotionally terrorizing you? If that's really how you feel, then I have two suggestions for you:
1) grow a spine
2) grow a pair
